Ten Mile Haus B9 is a Value rated, "Ski-in/Walk-out", 1 Bedroom 1 Bath residence with fantastic forest views! Pets are OK in this 610 sq. ft. condo that Sleeps 4 people. Pets are ok. Pets are OK and there is a $35 non-refundable fee per pet, per night fee. In the Bedroom there is a Queen Size Bed and a walk-in closet. The Living Room is furnished with a Queen Size Sofa Sleeper, Gas Fireplace, 40 inch TV, Ipod Port and a Dining Area Table. The Full Size Kitchen rounds out this cozy unit and its amenities. The building provides Free WiFi, Community Laundry Facilities and Parking. A short 3 min. walk gets you to the lifts, shops and restaurants of Center Village. Ten Mile Haus B9 is perfect for a small family or anyone looking for a great value right on the slopes of Copper Mountain! | Summit County Colorado Short Term Rental Permit #BCA-72677 | One parking space per condo available on-site. Great Location!
Great location and accommodation to bring my dog. Ground floor condo open to well cleared sidewalks and portion of the wooded area for Fido to do his business. The apartment is an early build on the mountain and therefore a bit dated. However, winter ski season can be tough on furnishings. Heated garage parking, but BE CAREFUL! My vehicle (Honda Pilot) with ski rack barely fit through the garage door…way too low for a truck or vehicle with a Rocket Box. No idea what the designer was thinking!I’d come back again with my dog!

We love this place , it’s great for hitting the slopes in the winter and the trails in the summer. Super dog friendly which is a plus for us. Property management is always so helpful and responsive.

Great location for ski getaway. Private entrance to condo. Ski in, walk out. Ski locker at condo door. Close to center village but private and quiet. Cozy accomodation.

Stretches the term "value" generously
I knew that as a "value" property this place would be lacking in some areas. But certain things were inexcusable and it really felt like they were trying to see what they can get away with. Immediately upon entering there was a half empty gatorade from previous occupants. The thermostat was turned off in the bedroom so it was very cold, about 60, so I turned it to 70. We woke in the middle of the night and it was at least 80+ and we were feeling sick from how hot it had become. We had to briefly open a window and turn the thermostat back down to off. Spent the rest of the stay unable to sleep because it was so cold. So to recap, your options in the bedroom are: hotter than the surface of the sun, or too cold to sleep. There is a kitchen, but if you plan to do any cooking you should bring EVERYTHING. There's about 20 knives but I only found one that could cut through an avocado, and only then it could barely do so and mutilated the avocado. There are salt and pepper shakers, but they were empty so that was helpful. The pots and pans are an embarrassment. A cheap set from Costco would be a massive upgrade. The bedroom was very dimly lit. I tried to turn a lamp on but it wasn't working--traced the power cord and it's not even plugged in and I didn't see an available outlet to even plug it in to. The location is fantastic, however!

So, I had read many of the reviews before booking this condo, and now that I have stayed there, I can tell you that it is EXACTLY what it says it is. I saw many reviews that criticized the condo for not being "ski in/walk out", but that is EXACTLY what it is. To ski into the condo, you come down Bouncer or Frank's Fave ('both are squares) and make a hard right onto an access road of some sort and ski about 50 yards down the road to the condo. You can either stop on the road adjacent to B-9 which is about 20 yards to the left through some sparse trees, or you can actually continue skiing through the trees straight to the door. To get back to the closest lift which is the American Eagle chair and gondola, you come out of the condo, walk about 20 yards out to the road, then about 50 yards up a slight grade on the access road to the base of Frank's Fave, THEN, you can actually put your skis on and ski down to the gondola. Anyone who has reviewed this as "far" has no business skiing....hahahaha. I also read reviews that broke down the decor as "dated", or "old". Yeah, the cabinetry maybe could be updated, but it works perfectly, as does the refrigerator, the oven, the microwave, the coffee maker, the fireplace, and the heating units. And honestly, for what the owner is charging to rent the place, you all should be giving it a 10 out of 5 stars. To have a unit of that quality, THAT close to the lifts and Center Village, for THAT price, is insane.

Nice place in a quiet location. The B9 unit is on the back side of property which did make getting to room not as easy, but once there property is near trail. Condo was clean and comfortable. Overall, a really nice long weekend.

Great value says it all!
I spent 2 nights in the condo and found it comfortable, convenient, and cost effective. The kitchen was well provisioned, the bed was comfortable (I didn't have a need to try the pull out sofa bed), and the bathroom was clean. The bed linens and towels were fresh. It's located an easy +/- 5 minute walk from the Center Village. Parking for one car was included. Even though the unit accepts dogs, you couldn't tell. There was no pet odor or damage. In this price range, the unit is more than acceptable. I'd certainly stay there again in the future.

I enjoyed how close it was to Center Village, and it was very comfortable for my dog. The drawback for me was the furnishings, specifically the bed. It was not comfortable at all. I didn't sleep for 2 nights and on the third night, the management team brought me an air mattress that was much more comfortable than the bed. The pots and pans were not very good for cooking. They did have a nice toaster oven which was convenient and the fireplace was nice too. You must carry luggage up a steep staircase from the garage, so pack accordingly. I enjoyed the property, but probably would not go back because of the mattress. If they put in a better mattress, I would return to the property.

Our F-150 with raised cab did not fit into the parking garage at Ten Mile Haus, but a gate pass for the garage at Ten Mile lot was provided and we easily fit in there. Kitchen was lacking in sauce pans, but we were able to make what we had work.

Ten Mile Haus is a great location to walk to center village. We would ski down and then short walk to Pitchfork lift and then get to Super B. Ski back put us within 10’ of the door. Condo B9 is dated and that is ok if stocked. There was only 1 small sauce pan and 1 large stock pot for cooking. And we needed to run the loud dishwasher almost every day to have enough glasses and dishes for our needs for 2 guests. Fireplace was nice to have and the dog loved looking out the sliding door. Garage parking was nice and the community W/D worked for our needs.

All and all, a nice get away and very handy to Magic Kingdom.

These units are older than some other buildings in Copper Mountain, but well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. Check-in/out process was easy even though we arrived well after midnight. Location is great--just a few hundred feet to Center Village from our condo (B9). Parking situation is good; parking garage is easy to get to once you figure it out. One note: B9 has a queen/full size bed; others we have stayed in have a king--in case that matters to you. Would definitely recommend and would/will stay here again.
