The heater was broken in the room we were assigned, but they moved us promptly to another room. Walking distance to the airport and from there it was a quick Underground train ride to the city center. I would not hesitate to stay there again."

"Lovely hotel all around. However, we were not supplied with complimentary toothpaste/toothbrushes and body wash until we asked for it. Room is clean and bed was comfortable. If you are a light sleeper I would skip this hotel though as it sits right outside a few bars which have loud music and people partying making noise. Otherwise, location was good and right next to trams and metro. "

"We arrived at half 11 at night to be greeted by the owner. Lovely person. Hotel our room was clean tidy every day. Fresh towels. Bad point about hotel.. 1. Room needs a little updating. Bedding was in a tired state. Curtains was not v good. And the top of the curtains was hanging off. 2. Snack options. 3. More drink option in the reception fridge. Would I stay here again....? Yes. As it's a minute walk from the metro. Plenty of bars and restaurants in and around. Quiet. "
