A TOUR OF THE PLACE
Leave your car right outside the street entrance and take the big elevator for easy access to the third floor where the soundproofed concrete hallways will guide you to your Atelier apartment.
You enter straight into the jaw dropping living space with 5m high windows and beautiful light curtains. There is a cabinet and luggage storage by the entrance and a door to the bathroom.
The bathroom is covered with gray tiles and designed with a Scandinavian minimalistic feel to it with everything you need from Meraki hand and body soap to hot water that never runs out.
The living room has a big and comfortable couch that easily unfolds into a high quality queensize (160x200cm) bed.
A high ladder takes you to the secret loft for great views or movie watching.
There is a 50” SmartTV by Samsung with free Netflix account and of course super fast wifi at 100 mbps.
The grand HTH kitchen to the left of the entrance is fully stocked with a stove, full oven, fullsize fridge with a freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine with complimentary bio capsules and plenty of storage.
A beautiful glass wall with a curtain separates the bedroom from the kitchen and living area but makes sure that the natural light hits the kitchen from outside.
The cozy bedroom has a comfortable queensize(160x200cm) bed with a pillow selection and two large wardrobe closets.
The Neighborhood:
Next to the forest, the picturesque lakes along Mølleåen and Charming Kongens Lyngby (Kings Lyngby), yet only a 20 minute drive, or train ride, from central Copenhagen, this is a sweet spot for a family or business visit to our capital.
Bring your coffee and danish from the great local bakery Vinthers to one of the rooftop terraces along the 800 meter lush and super unique pathwalk built on the roof of our aesthetic building. Later on if you need to go into the city jump on the S-train,, around the corner for a 20 minute ride to Nørreport station.
If you have the day off head for the canals through the woods for a charming boat ride with “Baadfarten”. If you feel adventurous the local canoe rental is great for a family day.
Getting Around:
Coming by car is easy as the Sorgenfri exit on Lyngbymotorvejen is right by the apartments. From the airport a taxi is around 500 DKK and 30-40 minutes.
The red S-trains stop at Sorgenfri station which is a 5 minutes walk from the apartments.
From the airport catch the Metro and get off on Nørreport station. Here switch to the red S-trains towards Hillerød or Holte. Make sure the train actually stops on Sorgenfri station as some don't stop on all stations. It takes about 45 minutes from the airport.
