A beautiful blend of Pacific Northwest settings, this cozy home in Copalis Beach will treat you to serene evergreen woodlands, windswept coastal dunes, and a gorgeous stretch of ocean beach.

This two-story home is tucked into a forested neighborhood just about a mile south of town. When you're not walking out to the beach for a morning of surfing, clamming, boogie boarding, or beachcombing, you'll find that this part of the Washington Coast is ripe for exploring. Griffiths-Priday State Park (two miles), the towns of Ocean Shores (six miles) and Seabrook (nine miles), Lake Quinault (37 miles), and Olympic National Park (44 miles) are all within easy driving distance.

Stroll home from the sand to find shelter, peace, and quiet in this lush evergreen grove. Bring a few drinks and snacks outside to the deck, gather around the firepit on the patio to recount the day's adventures, or indulge in a soak in the brand-new hot tub.

The interior is spread out across two floors. On the ground level, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, both a breakfast bar and a dining table, and a small sitting area - all warmed by a wood-burning fireplace (wood not provided). Head up the spiral staircase to the main living room, offering another dining table, a soft sectional, and a cable TV. Additional features of the house include bedrooms with forest views, a private laundry room, and complimentary WiFi.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Perfect beach getaway
This house was such a cute, cozy space, with a short nature walk to the ocean. We loved the quaintness of the house, and the quirky spiral staircase was a hit with the kids. The hot tub was a plus, and the house had everything we needed. Will definitely be visiting again!

Great Getaway for Beach Access
This house is in a private HOA which is much appreciated when going to the ocean beach. A well-kept trail with a floating pedestrian bridge takes members and their guests to the beach. Razor clam digging is very productive two hours before low tide. Enjoyed the hot tub on the porch during the evening listening to ribbeting of all the frogs 🐸 Highly recommend this place!

Fantastic!
Great location, can walk to the beach! It is a very peaceful beach with few people. The house itself was very nice! Kitchen was well equipped and beds were comfortable. Gorgeous forest setting with fire pit! Awesome hot tub!

Great place and great location
Comfortable space with a well appointed kitchen. The beds are comfortable and the hot tub is a nice addition. The house in general was dirty. the towels in the bathroom were dirty. the washing machine was full of water and would not work. the neighbor isnt happy about anything. he came over and complained about tire marks in the gravel road as well as our use of the community path to the beach. overall worked well for a razor clam week with friends. the area is very quiet too.

Property agents did not respond refrigerator was broken nobody came out to fix it like they said they were going to check in got pushed an hour and a half later so I was not able to feed my kids at the house I had to kick out the cleaner that was smoking cigarettes and drinking beer when I I arrived after my hour and a half push back would not booking on verbo again

Great location, nice walk to the beach, plenty of space. Cleanliness was an issue - the hard floors are cleaned with a Swiffer so there is a film on those floors that discolored my feet/socks. Dirty kitchen utensils found in the kitchen. A partial full water bottle bottle left under the bunk bed I guess the housecleaner missed? No beach towels, DVD player, dishwasher, laundry soap, coffee filters, or Netflix found, even though mentioned in the listing and house details. The hot tub was the main reason we rented this house over others, and it was ok but very small. Quality of sheets and towels were poor. It wasn't the usual homey vibe we get from renting houses, I probably would not chose this location again.

Not what we were expecting.
Hello. Upon check in at 3:50, the cleaning staff was in the process of cleaning. They said that they needed another 15 minutes. When looking at the outside of the house, the deck not swept off. The foam from the hot tub was scooped out and left on the deck. The hot tub looks very scummy and loaded with sand. Upon entry we noticed that: the downstairs bathroom sink is clogged, there was cereal on the stairs and behind the chair in the living room, the upstairs table is sticky and had food on it, the upstairs closet door is broken, there are dirt and pine needles everywhere but that’s not even the worst of it. The master bedroom has stains on the comforter and blood on the pillowcases. It also looks like dog hair on the bedding. There’s dried blood on the upstairs bathroom wall and door jam. We never got to use the hot tub. We booked that house for the amenities that we never got to use.

Girls Get Away
A group of us (6 ladies) had a wonderful 3 night getaway at Octopus Manor. The house was great to be able to have three different spaces to hangout (downstairs, upstairs, firepit) and where ever you were you could easily interact with folks in the other spaces. The spiral stairs are a fun feature, but there are also outdoor stairs for carrying things up and down. The kitchen has the essentials. The beach walk is about 3/4 of a mile, but it's very pretty. And the beach is quiet and there are pretty view points as you get there. We had a great time.

Family Fun
Love this house! This is our second time staying at the property. It's in a great location in between Ocean Shores and Seabrook, and you can even walk to the beach. Highly recommend!
