"Tried the chalets again after years of being closed for renovation and they didn’t disappoint. I do miss having a fire, but safety first! Everything was clean and comfortable. We had a lovely stay. My only suggestion would be to have the cleaning staff double check the silverware & dishes to be sure they were cleaned properly. I understand it’s not the cleaning staff’s responsibility and that guests are required to clean whatever kitchenware they use, but the dishes were not clean.That said,...

"We found the property to be cute and cozy. But it had not been properly cleaned/prepped prior to our arrival. HOUSEKEEPING: large cobwebs hanging above the bed and from the bedside lamps. Heavy dust coating in the bedside fan. NO body wash in the shower body wash container. Ran out of shampoo after only one shower (we were there two nights). "We had a wonderful and relaxing Christmas stay at the cabin. Close to Seabrook and Ocean Shores, we were able to enjoy everything the area has to offer.Just note that there's no wifi at the cabin, so plan accordingly. "

"We all had a great time . There where 9 of us. Even though you can sleep 12. It’s tight. The furniture could use an update. Mattresses where not comfy.Tv upstairs would be nice in liv. Room. Shower door in upstairs bath should be replaced. Very hard to open."

"We loved that our suite was spacious, very clean, beautifully decorated, and the beds were super comfortable. The surf was a fair distance away, but from our third floor suite we could see the crashing waves, and slept well to the distant roar of the ocean. Our checkin was smooth and friendly, and the receptionist was a great help getting our luggage to the third floor. My husband and I both have limited mobility, so we greatly appreciated the elevator and its close proximity to both our room and the front lobby. All in all, our was a delightful stay and we look forward to another visit in the near future!"
