"The experience at this 'self service' hotel would have been five stars across the board except for the fact that we would not provided with the codes for the front door or a room. Upon arrival, I had to call the company and was told that the appropriate person would respond within 60 seconds. This did not happen and we waited for 30-45 minutes for a reply When I emailed the company as directed if we had a problem, their mailbox was full. "The name fit the accommodations. It was a perfect location for our stay in Beaufort. The accommodations were very welcoming and just what we were looking for.Denise provided easy instructions for checking in and out. She was very prompt when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the cottage.It is a great place for a couple to spend a short getaway."

"Beaufort, South Carolina is like a little Florida town. Right on the water, amazing people and amazing sites. If you are going to visit Paris Island, stay in Beaufort. Although when we stayed, the town was shut down because of ice and snow. The purple house that we stayed at, was amazing. Center of town, cozy little home. We will be staying here again."

Very nice outdoor areas as well. Fun area for a great weekend. Location is an easy walk to the community boat dock to watch the sunrise or to downtown to enjoy the waterway, shops and great restaurants. Had a wonderful stay!"
