This two-level home features large windows with views from the living area and the loft, and has been thoughtfully furnished and updated to provide a comfortable space to relax and enjoy the sounds and smells of the Pacific Ocean! Living area has large comfortable sectional with plenty of seating and folds out to a full size bed for an additional sleeping area. Flat screen Smart TV set up for Roku internet streaming, cable and WIFI. Relax and enjoy an evening catching up on your favorite episode or reading a book while warming up with the cozy wood burning fireplace. (Be sure to bring plenty of wood)!
Eating in is simple with the fully stocked kitchen, complete with plenty of utensils, cookware, and dishes. Full size appliances for preparing large meals including a dishwasher for easy clean up. Kitchen is open to living area and has plenty of windows and light to enjoy the views. There is a large island for prepping meals and visiting and a bar with (4) stools. Enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner seated at the indoor dining table that can be pulled out with seating for an additional (8). Perfect for a game night at the beach!
The main level Master bedroom features a Comfortable King bed with high quality linens and pillows. Large windows bring in sunshine and blinds can be drawn for privacy. There is closet space, as well as a dresser for guests personal items. The en-suite bath features mid century pink tiles and an updated glass door. A large vanity and updated fixtures give the space a clean modern feel. Essentials including a quality linens, paper products, shampoo/conditioner and a hairdryer are included for guest convenience.
There is a Washer & Dryer available on main level for guest use.
The second level features a loft open to the living area and with the same amazing views as the main living space. This space is set up with a large desk for working from home, and comfortable seating that also doubles as (2) additional pullouts for sleeping. There is a projector and Bluetooth that guests can use with their own devices/accounts.
The second level bedroom features a Comfortable King bed with high quality linens and pillows. Large windows bring in sunshine and curtains can be drawn for privacy. There is closet space for guests personal items. This bedroom also has a chair for enjoying a book or relaxing.
The upstairs bathroom is great for accommodating a full house and is located upstairs This full bath features a shower/tub combo, a large updated vanity and essentials such as quality linens, paper products, shampoo/conditioner and a hairdryer for guest convenience..
FREE parking in private driveway for up to 2 vehicles. The garage is NOT included but there is parking for up to two vehicles directly in front of the garage.
The large private yard has soft grass for playing outdoor games and gorgeous views from the Pointe. There is a large deck with comfortable seating and a gas fire pit for a fun evening around the fire. There is also a SHARED BBQ Grill that is shared with the separate, detached guest house. Both homes have completely separate & private yard space with the exception of the grill which is central to both properties.
BEACH Access: There is a stairway to the right of the property with direct access to the beach (this has been under construction and guest should use at their own risk) There is also a second access further down the lane.
We do NOT allow pets of any kind at this property.
Pack and Play is available onsite. Please let us know if you would like us to set up the Pack and Play for you.
Ther is a separate detached guest house at the property. If you would like to view the listing or are interested in booking both properties, please reach out to us.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home and the large private yard. Reserved parking in driveway for (2) vehicles and there are (2) spaces reserved for the guest house. BBQ grill is SHARED. There is a separate detached guest house on the property. The garage is NOT included in the listing.

The Neighborhood:
The House is located on Cape Arago Highway in Coos Bay, Oregon. The home is approx 0.5 miles to Sunset Bay, 0.3 miles to Cape Arago Lighthouse and 0.3 miles to Yoakum Pointe State Park. Shore Acres is a MUST see, and is 2.7 miles past the property on Cape Arago Highway. Less than 2 miles to Charleston shopping, dining & entertainment and less than 15 min to Coos Bay. The house is close to hiking, fishing and dining. Close to Bandon Dunes, Coos Bay & North Bend.
Charleston is an unincorporated town of Coos County and is located less than 2 miles from the property. (the property address is Coos Bay, however Charleston is the closest town) Home to one of the largest commercial fishing fleets in the state of Oregon, this small, unique fishing community is known for its charming marina, endless fishing, friendly merchants, lush state parks, beautiful beaches and a distinctly charismatic local community. Take a walk on the docks, paddle the South Slough, buy fresh seafood from the boats or catch some yourself. This distinctive fishing village is located near some of the finest recreation and most beautiful scenery in the Northwest, and all the friendly residents and merchants of Charleston will do everything possible to make your visit memorable and fun! Whether you're looking for fun and adventure, or just a friendly place to relax, we've got it all!

Getting Around:
A Car is necessary. Everything is convenient to the home including grocery stores and restaurants. If you are from out of state, we suggest flying into Eugene and making your way down the coast.
Other Things to Note:
We are happy to share our vacation home with others and hope that you will enjoy it as much as we do! We also appreciate when guests treat it like they would their own! There is a complete list of instructions at the home including WI-Fi passwords and check out details.
~ we ask that you don’t cook crab in the home but there is a BBQ to cook outside.
~You may be required to provide a photo of your Drivers License or Government ID directly to the host. This is for the safety and security of both guests & property Owners, and will be requested at the discretion of Stay in My DIstrict.
~ You must be over the age of 25 to rent any of our properties.
Private details and check in instructions will be sent at 2pm the day of your arrival.
~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 10pm.
~ Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal.
~ Housekeeping is required and provided every 15 days for an additional charge on all stays over 15 nights.
~Pack and Play may be requested ahead of time but it is not kept on site so please be sure to let us know in advance
