Perfect for a large group
We stayed here with our extended family for our son's graduation from Oneonta. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Would recommend for a large group.

Great stay
We had a lovely getaway for baseball and hiking. Dave was great to work with - very helpful and communicative. The living room was especially nice to come home and relax after long days out and about.

This property was perfect for our trip to the HoF. It was well kept and very clean. The owner was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. We would like to make this trip an annual event and will definitely hope to book here!

Cooperstown Dreams park visit
We stayed at the house during my son’s tournament at Cooperstown Dreams park. We had family members of coaches who were staying with the team staying with us and it was a great location for going back and forth to the park.

We had a great time in Copperstown! The house was awesome and beautiful inside. Not even a block from Dreams park! You could walk if you were not required to drive in.. Owner was great! Highly recommend for your stay!!

We *loved* it!
We had such a great stay here! Clean, spacious, with enough room for 3 couples and all their children! The best part was the huge TV and the huge dining table, along with TV’s in all the bedrooms. Also, perfect location close to Cooperstown. We want to stay again! Recommend!

This property was perfect! We were in town for a birthday celebration of touring breweries and restaurants. The location is perfect for that. Rooms are super cozy. The living space is nice and open. Host is super accommodating. Lovely!

Perfect location for Dreams Park
This place was the perfect location for families with kids playing at Dreams Park. There is a grocery store across the street and Dreams Park was a two minute drive. The 5 bedrooms was perfect for our group and the beds were all comfy. The kitchen was a little sparse and we had to buy paper towels, bleach wipes and extra TP but we would stay here 10 out of 10 times again.

Excellent place, great location very close to the hall of fame, across the street from grocery store. Nice and clean. Nice living room with a huge tv. Everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The owner was very helpful, answering questions leading up to our stay. Highly recommend.

It had great open space inside and plenty of parking outside. Neighbors were not close but Grand Union was within easy walking distance. Cooperstown is a charming town which is a few miles down the road.

Perfect location!
We were in Cooperstown for a family wedding and the house worked great for our family. The location is just a short drive into Cooperstown and if you are looking to be close to Dreams Park it is perfect. The grocery store is very close to the house as well which was an added bonus! Dave was a very responsive host! We will definitely come back if we have more family events!

Baseball Hall of Fame Family Reunion
Perfect for a family reunion group of 4 adult couples. Every couple had comfortable private rooms. The shared space downstairs was roomy and spacious. Drive into Cooperstown for museum was an easy 10 minutes. Grocery store was right across the street so it was convenient to shop and cook family meals.

Cooperstown Dreams Park Stay
The location of this home made it fantastic. If you're going to Dreams Park, you may find yourself stuck in rain delays or "gaps" between games. Because this home is so close, it makes it SO EASY to be in comfort during these times (rather than sitting in the car or roaming the park). Many rooms, home is basic (no frills) & clean. Meant to house many folks.

Amazing!!! Super close! Super close to the grocery store! Our house was the meeting house for other families as they were 15-20 mins away. We were 2-3 minutes from the field. Absolutely beautiful place and we all loved it!!! Would. Definitely recommend to others hands down!!!

Perfect Cooperstown House
This house was perfect for our week at Cooperstown. Less than a mile from the Dreams Park. There was plenty of room for our group. Five spacious bedrooms. Plenty of sheets and towels. The living room and dining room table area were also larger than we expected. The host was responsive and helpful when we had questions. We will rent again when our next son plays.
