"Quiet; clean; friendly staff; breakfast aide was exceptionally helpful and friendly…did his job very well too… he’s a keeper. Negative: I couldn’t cut my sausage with just a fork (too weak) and they were out of knives. Somehow I survived "

"The only thing I would suggest is perhaps some sort of room freshener. Being a dog friendly hotel (I also am a dog owner) my room smelled stale."

"Excellent 3 night stay at this location. First floor near exit was extremely convenient. Room was clean and well lit. Only concern was ventilation was controlled at unit and didn't know thermostat was active. Using thermostat managed room temp better. Will stay at this location during future visits."

"Common areas, restaurant, bar area and sleeping rooms all were clean and updated. Staff were all very attentive and helpful. Bathroom in sleeping room was very small and had only two sets of towels. Housekeeping came in daily to refresh, but if you had showered in the morning and had a long sweaty day, you'd have no clean towels to use. Parking was convenient, close by and free."

"My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The big windows and doors offered a stunning view of the woods. The covered deck kept us cool in the sunny afternoons and also provided shelter as we watched a rainy evening blow in. An easy 15-20 minutes to stock up on groceries and grilling supplies. Our dogs had a great time visiting nearby Ash Cave. We hope to return again to enjoy other seasons here!"
