"Superb accommodations! We could operate independently. David and Eillis were super hosts. The grounds of this equestrian and thatched roof home seemed to roll on forever in total bliss, unscathed by the hustle and bustle of the outside world. This heavenly sanctuary was a paradise. We could cook, light a fire, play the piano and guitar, walk about, sleep well, take a bath or shower. The water was fresh straight from a well into the home. And, most of all, David's guiding hand, informationally, gave us a truly wonderful opportunity to enjoy ourseves in the surrounding areas to the fullest! I shout out accolades to all who have ears to hear! And, if you listen closely enough, the wind sounds melodic, as if a flute is being played. "

"Knock Carrig house was simply amazing. A large group of us stayed for a week with three children and this house provided ample space for them to run around outside, playing and looking at the cows. Inside we had more than enough rooms for all of us to sleep in and what a treat to have a bathroom in each room!! The children loved the sitting / games / reading room and the adults tended to hang out in the gorgeous kitchen and huge eating room. The host did a really wonderful job of decorating the home, LOVED the local art!!! We got to know a taxi company as we did not have our own vehicle but this was fine (and we knew ahead of time this would be the case). Our host was very very generous and left a beautiful welcome basket which was REALLY appreciated by all of us!! We would very much recommend this location and would stay here again. A true gem!!"

"The cottage is lovely and everything we hoped for when booking a thatched roof cottage. We enjoyed listening to the stream that runs through the backyard and how cozy and homey the cottage felt. The only negative about our stay was that it was too short."
"What a find! Such a comfortable, clean, well equipped and beautifully situated house, in the middle of the Cork countryside, near lots of scenic attractions. Mariza is a 5 star host, welcoming us with tasty bakes and fresh milk and really easy to communicate with - no long waits for an answer. Finding the house was no problem - and gaining access was a doddle! Definitely keeping this one in mind for future visits to visit family in the area. Thank you, Mariza. "

"This was our favorite place to stay in Ireland. Family of 13 rented for 2 nights. Second night we paid for the chef to come cook and had a big family dinner. Then we all sat around the dinner table and played cards. It was a great family bonding experience. Absolutely amazing! Home is just stunning and the grounds are all to perfect!
