Our stay was short so we did not get a chance to use the hot tub but it was sanitized and ready to go. Very nice neighborhood. Kevin was very quick to respond and super accommodating. The cottage inside was also perfect for our group. "My 2 cousin and I traveled from Greenville NC for our oldest cousin wedding. Great quiet neighborhood, the property was wonderful, with lots nature and scenic view. Was a great place to rent close to everything including the venue where the wedding was held and only minutes from my uncle house. Would definitely recommend!"

"A small group of family and friends joined together to celebrate the 80th birthday of a woman born and raised in Salisbury. She was so thrilled; especially to be in a historic home. It was perfect all around! "

"As a member of the military the one thing us soldiers try to do is find a peaceful place to go and enjoy the scenery. I must say that this place is the exact place to go for that. The owners are very very friendly and there is 100 acres here to explore. Even the goats are friendly and enjoy their snacks and scratches. I’d give this location 50 stars if I could.
