"The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in! The heat/AC unit wasn’t working in our room, but the maintenance man who came and fixed it was pleasant and clean and had it repaired pretty quickly. There are two elevators on the property. One wasn’t running the entire weekend we stayed and the wait for the other was quite long. Overall the hotel seemed pretty clean inside and out, had a well stocked pantry/food for purchase area in the lobby, and the staff were friendly although I couldn’t find anyone to check out with when I was trying to leave. I even popped back in after loading the car, but didn’t see anyone at the front desk. Despite the couple hiccups I had, our stay was comfortable and enjoyable."
