"We loved Double Bore!! The space, the amenities, furnishings, all of it. Even the resident garden snake in the driveway that we called Gary. Though it was 90+ degrees every day, we could sit outside comfortably. Everything was clean and in very good condition. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped and now we are spoiled frequently m having 2 large refrigerators, a beer/wine fridge and chest freezer! We hope we did ok with the water and septic."

"Beautiful property with everything you need and more. Just as advertised. We rented this to go 4-wheeling at the Allegheny National Forest. Was a bit of a haul to get to trail heads but that’s what we did. The only small inconvenience was not having mirrors in bedrooms. When 4 people need to get ready to out to dinner."

"Clean, spacious, remodeled, nice furniture, and high end appliances. 2 floors, 4 bathrooms, full laundry room Stayed 2 nights with family of 5. Stairs are steep from the main floor entrance to 2nd floor which is the main floor of the two floors included in rental. Nice and bright in day throughout unit. Balcony is nice and overlooks Main Street. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, and university."

"From communication to cleanliness to convenience the House on Grand has it all. Familiar with the area, they still offered suggestions we didn’t think of. The kitchen and bathrooms make you feel like you are at home with no detail overlooked. Each room offers a little slice of Western Pennsylvania to include the peaceful front porch. Visiting the area yearly, we have found our home away from home."
