Summary:
This new 2-bedroom rental offers home comforts with a king bed and Vizio TV in the master bedroom, and two twin beds with a Vizio TV in the second bedroom. The living room features a smart TV with Roku. Enjoy wireless internet and stream your favorite services. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The bathroom includes a tub/shower and towels. Pets are welcome with a $100 cleaning fee, in addition to a $100 cleaning fee.

Guest Access:
You will be provided check in instructions by 1000am the day of check in which includes your door code for self check in.

Guest have access to the entire apartment.
No smoking is allowed. (Smoking Violation fee is $350)

This apartment is located on the main thoroughfare for TTU in which you will be surrounded by many apartments

This apartment is within 30 minutes of four parks, less than 1 hour to 3 lakes, and and within 1 hour of Nashville airport. We do allow pets but do charge an additional $100 Pet cleaning fee on top of the regular cleaning fee Check-ins before 11 AM will be charged 50% of the nightly rate.

Getting Around:
Getting around is easily done with your own conveyance or by using the local Taxi and Uber services

ID and Verification: To comply with legal and security requirements, you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, verify your contact information, and provide a valid credit card matching your ID for verification. Depending on our screening results, additional credit card verification may be required. A security deposit may be needed (excluding Airbnb guests).

Pet Policy: We welcome up to 2 pets on the property, subject to a non-refundable $100 pet cleaning fee per stay.

Guest Support: Our team is available daily from 7 AM to 10 PM CT to assist with any questions.

Sleeping Capacity: The home accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. All guests over 2 years old must be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will incur a fee of $50 per person, per night.

Check-In/Check-Out:

Standard Check-In: 3 PM
Early Check-In: Requests before 11 AM are subject to availability and will incur a 50% nightly rate fee.
Standard Check-Out: 11 AM
Late Check-Out: Subject to availability with fees as follows:
50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM
75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM
100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM
A minimum fee of $100 applies, whichever is higher.

Supplies: Basic essential starter kits are provided. For longer stays or additional needs, please plan accordingly.

Smoking Policy: A $350 fee will be charged for smoking inside the property, including cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana.
