About the Home:
Almost 5,000 square feet 3 stories home with 5 bedrooms, 4 full baths, a half bathroom and 2 cars garage. This home is in a quiet lake community with a lakefront view and direct access from the backyard. The backyard can be viewed from the large walk-in deck above accessed from the dining room. There’s a 3 stories deck toward the lake with the lowest deck directly on the water for water activities or seating/ sunbathing. The backyard has a fire pit on the along with a private hot tub under the deck, with direct access to the basement (second master bedroom, the movie room, and the game room). This home is 30 miles away from the Airport and downtown Atlanta, secluded but close enough to nearby groceries: Publix (6 miles), Walmart (9 miles), and food chain restaurants (9 miles).  Master Bedroom (Upstairs): 
King size bed with en-suite bathroom: 2 sinks, separate shower (rain shower head), and white claw-foot bathtub. The bed is a memory gel with cooling technology, comfy pillows, and luxury bedding. The master bedroom is furnished with a tufted bed, dressers w/ mirrors, 2 nightstands, 1 soft bench, 2 soft seatings, 3 lamps, artworks, and Smart TV with remote control. This bedroom has a wardrobe and all wood flooring. The icing on the cake is the large picture-perfect window with a lake view.   
Master Bedroom 2 (Downstairs – Ground Level): 
King size bed with en-suite bathroom: 1 sink, combined tub & shower. There's a closet, double glass door with a lake view, and direct access to the jacuzzi (under the deck). The bed is a memory gel with cooling technology, comfy pillows, and luxury bedding. This bedroom is furnished with a tufted bed, 1 dresser, 2 nightstands with 2 lamps, a mirror, artworks, a baby crib, and Smart TV with remote control.  
Guest Bedroom 1 (Front – Main Level): 
Queen size bed with en-suite bathroom: 1 sink, combined tub & shower. There's a 2 doors wardrobe. The bed is a memory gel with cooling technology, soft pillows, and luxury bedding. This bedroom is furnished with a tufted bed, 2 nightstands, 2 lamps, a mirror, artworks, and Smart TV with remote control.  
Guest Bedroom 2 (Middle – Mail Level): 
2 Twin beds with closet and shared bathroom (adjacent). This bedroom is furnished with a metal bed frame, 2 nightstands, 2 lamps, a mirror, artworks, and Smart TVs with remote control. Perfect for kids or teens.   
Guest Bedroom 3 (End – Mail Level): 
Queen size bed with window w/ a view to the Lake and shared bathroom (adjacent). The bed is a memory gel with cooling technology, soft pillows, and luxury bedding. This bedroom is furnished with a tufted bed, 2 nightstands, 2 lamps, 2 mirrors, artworks, and Smart TV with remote.  
Living Area: 
Large living area with fireplace and furnished with curved sectional seating & 2 accent chairs, 1-floor lamp, a glass table, and Smart TV with remote.  
Dining Area: 
Dining table for 6 people with a Full view of the Lake and open to the kitchen.  
Kitchen: 
Fully equipped kitchen with Refrigerator, Microwave, Dish Washer, Oven, Range, Cooking ware, Utensils, Cutlery, Plates, Coffee cups, drinking glasses, Wine glasses, baking ware, and cutting boards.  
Outdoor Deck: Large deck with direct access from the Dining Room with soft outdoor seating & grill.   
Lake Activities:  Paddle Boat belongs to the owner, but available for rent per permission basis. Fishing is allowed. Life Jacket is available for your use. Swimming is allowed but at your own risk. Beware of wildlife animal native to Lake water (deer, turtle, beaver, water snake… etc.).  
BBQ grill: 
Available upon request and fee, please message the host. It is a charcoal grill (not gas).  Fire Pit: 
Available for guests. Please read the rules. Fire extinguishers are inside.  
Hot Tub: 
Available for guests. Please read the rules and No Food! (damage fee will apply)  
Movie Room: 
Sectional sofa with soft pillows, a basket with blankets, a floor lamp, and Smart TV with remote.  
Game Room: 
Professional 9ft billiard table, Dart Game, Arcade style electronic game, Sectional sofa, Foosball table & Bar with bar stools.     
Garage:  
2 vehicles with one garage door remote.  
Internet:  Free Wi-fi (High-speed Comcast internet)

Pedal Boat: 
Reservation system with fee. Everyone participated MUST sign waiver and Code will be provided after payment completed.  Life Jackets is provided and all participants MUST wear them during Pedal Boat activities.
Lake Activities:
You can fish, swim at your own risk (no lifeguard on-site), and boating activities must be permitted by the host. 
BBQ Grill :
$35 refundable deposit IF grill left clean after use and ashes/charcoal empty and clean out. Cleaning brush/bucket is provided.  Code will be provided after payment is completed.

Quiet hours is 9 pm, no loud music or noise outside the house.  It is our city ordinance.  SPECIAL NOTE: We provide “starting kit” toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps, detergent…etc. for your short-term stays. For one week or longer stays, you will need to buy extras for your remaining stays.  The cleaning fee is to have a professional cleaner to service the house after your stay. Beware of bugs and crawler’s native to the lake environment, please take any precautions necessary before going out in the lake, especially during the evening time.
