"We were disappointed with the property. Two rooms and up to seven guests does a lot of heavy lifting in the description. Our kids bedroom was also the shared dining room and lounge. There is also air conditioning but only in one room. It is not available in the bedroom. A washing machine is available but you have to pay extra for this which felt cheep and penny grabbing. I found the correspondence with the owner difficult and received a curt reply when seeking to clarify entry...

The accomodation was also very quite. Only one small issue existed: The TV cable-receiver box was apparently left in disorder and did not work at first. But I could fix it, so that TV was working as well."

"This was our first stop on a trip all around Germany and was the perfect place to stay as we explored the Black Forest region. Thomas, our host, was very helpful in answering questions as we prepared for our trip even before arrival. The home was beautiful, clean and the perfect size for us. No concierge; non-contact registering leaves you without anyone to offer immediate assistance. Malfunctioning RFID (electronic) keypad locked us out of our apartment on our last night and left us sleeping on the hallway floor with no bathroom facilities available; calls to SEEGER emergency assistance proved useless. Expedia was of no help. Wouldn't risk a repeat."

Overall, the value for money was reasonable given the circumstances."
