This home is in excellent condition with a beautiful view of the White Mountains. 100 ft of sandy beach on Conway's pristine Pequawket Pond gives you access to swimming, boating, fishing, skating and cross country skiing all in your backyard. Beware of fraudulent listings. This property is not listed on Craigslist.

Located at the beginning of the Kancamagus Highway and the White Mountain National Forest, home to Mount Washington. The house is minutes from world-class ski areas including: Wildcat, Bretton Woods, Attitash and Cranmore. Also, this house is only minutes away from numerous hiking trails, world class shopping, and the Swift and Saco Rivers.


Located in the heart of the Mount Washington Valley: This property is located close to everything the Mount Washington Valley has to offer. Great outlet shopping, first-class restaurants and cafes, boutique shopping, cross-country skiing, alpine skiing, white water rafting, and numerous hiking and outdoor adventures.

Close to Major Attractions: The chalet is located about ten minutes away from Kahuna Laguna, the brand new indoor 40,000 sq. ft. water park at the Red Jacket Mountain View Resort, as well as the world famous StoryLand.

Beautiful lake front rental
Wonderful lake front rental for a family, kayaks and canoe on site, beautiful views, plenty of places to sit and enjoy the serenity. So much to do in the White Mountains, perfect location with access to it all! Would love to stay again!!

Place was great! Was far enought away, and yet close to everything! Made great memories with the family! Owners were very accommodating and quick to get back to us whenever we had to get in touch with them! Definitely would come back! My daughter already asked if we could next year! So 2 thumbs up!

A beautiful special place
The property is very beautiful and very special the house inside the colors the furnitures the kitchen living room the fireplace and out the decks all around the colors the chalet style . The view of the lake is stunning with mountains in back ground. The amenities with canoe and kayaks are perfect to enjoy the water and the beautiful fire pit also and charcoal grill

This vacation was my way of celebrating my 50 th birthday w/ my family. The location was secluded enough to not hear traffic but very close to stores, restaurants, hiking trails & golf courses. The house had everything we needed to cook , it was very clean and spacious. The fire pit and beach were great. We all agreed it was special enough to come back.

Peaceful and perfect
We absolutely loved our stay at the chalet. The property is beautiful. Lakefront lounge chairs, fire pit, picnic tables, wraparound deck were all wonderful. The view is stunning and can’t be beat - just sitting on the couch or standing in the kitchen you get a beautiful view of the pond and mountains. House was very clean, especially the bathrooms. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Had everything we needed. Secluded and peaceful, but quick drive to Settlers Green, downtown North Conway, Echo Lake, and about 20 min from Storyland. Highly recommend

Cozy, clean and well appointed rental!
This property was as advertised, and more. Clean and cozy, and a view that could not be beat - coffee every morning on that amazing deck! Great decor and very cool chalet vibes in this rental. We also appreciated how well stocked it was. Although I can see that this place would be wonderful in the warmer months, we loved the quiet and cold beauty of the late fall days, and still made good use of the fire pit for smores. We took a couple of day trips into North Conway to go on dome great hikes - go check out Echo Lake State Park! Would definitely stay again - thank you Chris for sharing your fantastic space!

Great Cottage for Little Kids
This is the second time we have stayed here. The location is great - close to grocery stores, N. Conway, restaurants and lots of easy hikes for little kids. We all the loved the beach, the kids digging in the sand, the adults lying on the lounge chairs at the water and reading, and everyone playing in the water and swimming to the raft. We especially appreciated the canoe and two kayaks that were at our disposal. This was a rainy, muggy week and the AC was very much appreciated. The kitchen is well equipped and we used the washer and dryer multiple times to clean muddy clothes after hikes. On the days when the rain actually stopped, there were beautiful views of the mountains across the lake.

Just what we needed....
This was our first official vacation in six years, and the first trip we've taken with our 3 and 4 year old girls that wasn't a grandparent's house. It is EXACTLY what we needed! Private, shallow beach, our own float, our own PADDLE BOAT! I don't think we were out of the car for even ten minutes before the girls were in the lake. The location is perfect for Story Land, Diana's Baths, the Scenic Train ride and other kid-friendly activities in the Whites. Dad loved taking long bike rides through the mountain passes and swimming across the lake everyday. And Mom loved hearing loons at night, watching the wildlife and relaxing on the beach while Dad rode the kids around in the paddle boat. We were all disappointed not to see any bears around, guess we'll just have to come back! The house had everything we needed for cooking, we didn't eat out once, which was great having two young kids who don't do well in restaurants. The only thing I wish I had brought was my queen sheets with extra deep pockets, the ones I had were tough to stretch over the extra comfy mattresses. Now that we've found this spot we will definitely not wait another six years to go on vacation!

Smells like mold / dishes were dirty.
The listing states “minutes from world class skiing such as Bretton Woods”. This property is no where near Bretton Woods (55 “minutes” to be exact.) upon entering the home, we were greeted with a powerful moldy/musky stench, air quality in this home is poor. Went for a glass of water and found greasy glasses in the cabinets, after that all dishes were hand washed before use. The driveway and stairs were a death trap, barely cleaned a pathway to the door and was super icy. My 70 year old mother slipped in the driveway. All of the outdoor features that are displayed in the pictures were covered in snow, needed to be cleared to use. The grill was buried in snow as well. Was charged an “extra fee” because my 14 year old niece decided she wanted to join us on short notice. Everyone came home with a stuffy nose and a headache from breathing in the poor air quality all weekend. Save your money, skip this place.

Summer Vacation
The location was perfect. It was during the heat wave so having central air was appreciated. The pond is small and quiet with a lot of undergrowth but their private beach area allowed easy and safe play for the grandchildren. Enjoyed use of the kayaks. If you are looking for a camp vibe home to bring children this will meet your expectations.

Wonderful Chalet Overall
Location and amenities are amazing. Canoe, kayaks, floating dock, firepit- all amazing. When we arrived, the outdoor furniture (to include table and chairs on deck and all tables and chairs by water) were not clean. We had to clean them in order to use them. Not a huge deal but for the money spent, we would have expected those to be cleaned. We had a wonderful time using all amenities though and owner was fast in communication. Washer and dryer in kitchen are updated and wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked (we cooked all but one meal in so a well stocked kitchen is super important). There was a charcoal grill on premise and charcoal was provided in trash can next to grill. That was a plus! :) The beds left a lot to be desired. We went to Walmart and purchased bed toppers for all (esp the two twins beds). Helpful but not amazing. Took them home with us in the event we need them in the future. That would be one of the downsides from us returning. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Fall visit
A great place to stay while exploring fall color in the area. We enjoyed the kankamagus highway, flume gorge, and lots of covered bridges. The Appalachian trail passes not too far away (Pinkham notch) but we didn’t realize it until we were out of time.
