"Lovely property very close to the sea. We were greeted by very lovely people with a lovely gift. The property was immaculate and very stylish with all the amenities you might require. 5• property! The whole family loved it! We would stay again for sure. The only downside is that my wife loved it so much she is going to redesign our holiday house given the tips from this property (so an expensive holiday you might say...). Loved it - will be back."

"We mochten een week in het huisje verblijven. Het was heeriijk ! De eigenaresse wachtte ons op en maakte ons wegwijs. Alles was aanwezig en ze was zeer vriendelijk.we hadden een heerlijk bed. Prima bed ! Voldoende servies. We hebben zelfs een paar keer gekookt. Voor herhaling vatbaar! "

"It is a beautiful typical "Landes" house, on a huge park, ideal for gatherings with family or friends. The house is huge and very pleasant to live in. We appreciated the size of the rooms and the large, perfectly equipped kitchen area, equipments and games for children, the number of bicycles and the access to cycle paths."

For lovers of rural French countryside the place is ideal. The only downside is an intermittent odor from the Mimizan papermill several miles away; we noticed it on two days of our one-week stay. "A great holiday house with modern interior and appliances, very well appointed for a group of friends ( or extended family ) The pool is fabulous and there are different options for relaxing and dining outside in the sun or shade …if not at the beach. "We based ourselves at this great Villa in a leafy lane very close to Moliets and its beach. This large villa easily accommodated 7 'hairy legged golfers' and at no point did we ever feel crowded. There is plenty of space both inside and out. The pool and al freco dining area proved to be very popular after our rounds of golf. The villa is fully equipped to allow you to 'dine in' and the BBQ was put to use. There are plenty of local restaurants too. This is an ideal Villa for family and friends...
