"We have stayed in Italy for our summer holidays for years but this was our first time in Terni. The house was larger than we expected and plenty big enough for us and then some. The living room has high ceilings, the kitchen very well equipped and plenty of space to sleep upstairs (three bedrooms and two shower/bathrooms) downstairs there was a games room with further beds which the kids made use off in addition to a larger bathroom with jacuzzi bath. "We had a party of 10, aged from 27 to 88. The setting was just perfect. The amenities are good, the villa I would decribe as rustic. For us the pool area was perfect. We took some Bluetooth speakers for some music. The Belvedere Restaraunt is 500 metres away and also has a great outlook and good food as reasonable prices. A car is essential, we only had one, which was enough for us. We all loved it, without exception."

"I stayed a month at this property with a group of friends. The villa is amazing and is even more beautiful then the pictures. It was spotless, had everything we needed, and was perfect in every way. This property is a perfect location as a base to explore both Umbria and Tuscany. The views from this villa are breathtaking and we enjoyed many beautiful sunrises and sunsets. "We were on a family holiday with two families and grandparents. The accommodation was perfect as we were all able to have our own space with ample communal space as well. The pool was perfect and there are many choices of areas to sit and relax. The hosts could not have been accommodating and welcoming. Easy access to a variety of local supermarkets meant catering was easy. We will definitely be coming back!"

"First European trip in a while. 6 of us. Lovely location very peaceful. Well appointed villa with tasteful decoration. Fantastic pool and views. The climate control in the villa is amazing and a very welcome break from the midday heat. We had 3 day trips into Rome for sightseeing and Gelato. We had a fantastic time. Paolo and Lucia kindly Brought us a Lasagne one evening. Sorry to have to leave."

"The house was gorgeous. We would have liked air conditioning in the bedrooms. It is in a room not needed or used. The garden furniture was a bit dodgy in places. However we loved our stay."

"Laurentia is a friendly host and quick to respond. The house is ideal for two families or a big group of friends. Away from the fast pace of life. If you want to wind down and chill out, this is the place. Few shops or bars in and around but a great pizzeria, local store and basic supermarket in the town. Traditional house which is clean. Oh, and bring lots of mosquito repellent."
