"We enjoyed our stay at the lakefront cabin. The house is well equipped with modern amenities. We appreciated the charming decor, dock for swimming and bistro table with incredible Views. We enjoyed walking to the boulangerie for croissants every morning. The traffic noise was off putting but otherwise an excellent place to stay."

"Was the lovely ground floor area of a larger chalet, with the owners living upstairs. The chalet is located near the top of a small village on a winding country lane, so be aware, if you are coming in the winter you may find this challenging to get up! But it was beautifully peaceful and at the start of a walk either down to get a lovely glimpse of Lake Annecy or up (which we didn't try) towards the rough peak standing above you. It is an easy and quick drive down to Lake Annecy, but a little...

Il est bien situé, nous avons pu profiter des différents paysages de la région : lac du Bourget, lac d'Annecy, différentes gorges, cascades et points de vue à couper le souffle. "Quel culot de nous envoyer votre questionnaire. Nous n'avons pas pu passer nos vacances dan le gîte prévu car il était déjà occupé à notre arrivée. Aucune solution de re-logement nous a été proposé pour notre semaine de vacances après 780kms de voyage, seulement une nuit d'Hôtel et un remboursement du séjour. C'est vraiment lamentable. "We had two really excellent weeks at the apartment in the house in St Martin de Bavel. Although we enjoyed some agreeably quiet relaxing times in the garden looking out into the dramatic vista of Grand Colombier with a cold glass of local wine, we spent most of our time out and about. The surrounding countryside is dramatic, the ViaRhona cycle route is unchallenging (unless you do it as we chose to in 37° heat in which case it was extremely challenging) and there are many large and small towns...

"Apartment was nice. Well located and clean. They offer free hot beverages in the lobby. Most of the staff were excellent and helpful although one of the receptionist was constantly acting as though us being there was an inconvenience. We didn't take it personally and I didn't change my review of the complex, just something to note."

"Currently being renovated (not shown in the info online), so restaurant closed. They brought breakfast to our rooms. There was a strange smell when I entered my room - it either went or I got used to it as I did not smell it after the first day. "

"Loved staying at the hotel. Location excellent - 2 tram stops from station (towards Nations) and down a side road on the right) and also walkable from main station. Room was wonderful - it was lovely to rest on the chaise lounge. Toiletries were high quality. Breakfast was scrumptious - a wide variety to suit all. Housekeeping team were so lovely. It was hot in the room and when I returned, there was a fan in the room. Thank you. Bonus - the hotel emailed the transport card so was able to use it from airport. Highly recommended and would return. "

"The hotel was lovely and in a great location within short walking distance of the train station and other transport links. the shops, restaurants and the lake. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The only minor issue was the toilet because it did not have a sink and we found it inconvenient having to use the bathroom to wash our hands especially in the middle of the night but I think that it is quite common for toilets in Switzerland not to have a sink. However, I would recommend that the hotel leave some hand gel in the toilet. Also the gym was smaller than it looked in the picture e.g. 1 cross trainer and 2 treadmills 2 bikes and a few weights. However, the spa was lovely. "
