"The lady on the front desk when we arrived and when we checked-out was extremely friendly and helpful. It really made our stay even better. The rooms are very comfortable and modern, yet the building is very charming and has a typically Italian old-world feel. Highly recommend this place and I hope to return when I visit Florence again :)"

"Because of the different levels our room was like a suite. With only 9 rooms in the palazzo it feels very exclusive. On any subsequent trips to Florence I would make it my first choice. "

"Was a great location, about a 20 minute walk from the train station or a bus stop right in front. Its a huge spiral staircase to get to your floor, which wasn't an issue for us. Didn't hear a thing from inside or outside except for on the last night whoever was above us had their alarm going for an hour straight, but we were getting up shortly anyways. "This is the most under rated property in Florence! request a first floor, Piazza facing apartment and your view is spectacular! Never mind the people watching! Worth every dollar spent. Just know that it is noisy at night until around 1am as it's in a very public piazza but you just need good earplugs or the aircon on to drown that out if it was to bother you. "

I contacted them per their instructions a week before our arrival with our information and was told we could drop our luggage early. "À ce prix là vue sur autoroute!!!!! En plus on a payé un surplus car la chambre était rénovée. Franchement problème de nettoyage douche. Déjà des moisissures aux niveau des joints du carrelage de la douche italienne. À ce prix là j’attendais vraiment mieux. Mettre une bouilloire dans la chambre sans adaptateur de prise italienne c’est une blague ? Par contre personnel très agréable. "

"The stay was amazing. Location is great. Although they miscalculated our per person tax. Wasn’t able to give us back the change. We didn’t have time to go to their office located a few blocks from the apartment we stayed at. Overall great. The kitchen is complete with everything you need to cook basic food. There is a fridge and freezer. Could actually bed 6-7 people. Lots of space and has 2 bathrooms for our apartment. Has a nice balcony too. "

"This is a very nice place to stay. Very clean and modern. The rainfall shower in our bathroom was nice, and the beds were comfortable. The only complaint was the noise outside every night. "

"Check in was easy, everyone who works there is kind attentive and friendly! There is is public transportation nearby and it’s about a 20 min walk to the center of everything which honestly doesn’t feel long when you are doing it. Nice food options nearby and always felt very safe "

"After a bad experience at Hotel Albani Firenze with 2 nights of not being able to sleep. We moved to this amazing Hotel Della Nazioni for one last night in Firenze. I highly recommend Hotel Della Nazioni, it was clean, friendly and professional staff, good breakfast. Even yhe manager gave us a bothle of wine for our anniversary. Excellent experience. We will definitely return to this great Hotel "

"Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommended! We had an amazing 3-night stay at hu Firenze Camping in Town! From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless and hassle-free. The facilities in our room exceeded expectations—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful, always ensuring a pleasant experience. The on-site supermarket, restaurant, and laundry facilities were a huge convenience, making our stay even more enjoyable. A special thanks to Jeta, the manager, for being so humble and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Also, a big thank you to Dorim for kindly giving us a ride from the camp to the reception during checkout, especially with our heavy luggage—it was truly appreciated! The overall ambiance of the camp was fantastic, offering a perfect mix of nature and comfort. Would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Florence!"
