"This was our second stay at this villa and still adored it. Had some new members of the family this time around so was very grateful for the fenced in pool and the play area full of toys upstairs! This place has absolutely everything any member of the family could need (and more) all in a peaceful private setting with local amenities and tourist spots just a quick drive away. "This is the second time we've visited and both times have been really enjoyable experiences. Lovely quiet and spacious villa, swimming pool is pretty much to yourself. Everything you need is to hand. Just a very short trek to the beach and plenty of lovely little cafes and restaurants within walking distance. We have small children and it is a perfect place for them. Owner is very helpful and responsive to any queries. Will definitely be coming back!"

"Owner is very kind and responsive. The local manager is kind also and speak English well. There was an issue for a day and half where our master shower was not working due to a missing piece so our family of five needed to use the smaller unit. Not a problem but just inconvenience. I had to be proactive in this communication but after the owner personally called and wanted to make sure the unit issue was addressed. They did get then handy man to come and fix it. "We stayed at the villa for 4 days on August 2023 after a very hot 4 days in Lisbon. The cooler temperatures at the coast were welcome. The villa was very comfortable and large, and the pool was great. There is not much else in Assenta, but there is a small supermarket in Charneca, which is only a few km away, and much larger supermarkets in Silveria and Ericeria. Ericeria is very nice, with lots of restaurants around the square and a good vibe. There is also market, but we did not manage to...
