"Very luxurious stay. Incredible room - beautiful finishings and a view overlooking the lovely courtyard. The setting is lovely with a vineyard on site with a terrace. The staff were really friendly. The restaurant in Bages was a 5 minute walk and was lovely also although unless you have a car (or arrange a taxi which can be quite expensive we foune) there are not so many options around other than that but the hotel itself is nice enough to want to stay! "

"Chateau Pierre de Montignacer is a lovely place, highly recommended! Marie and Romain are lovely and friendly people who put the well-being of their guests first - great level of service. Everywhere is clean and tidy. Beautiful surroundings, healthy and delicious breakfast, - and not least wonderful wines. Wine tasting tour is a good experience. A place you want to return to."

"Tout c'est très bien passé, de la réservation au dernier jour du séjour. Très jolie propriété, bien équipée au global. Le propriétaire sait se rendre disponible en cas de question, il est très réactif. Pour le ménage, c'était correct mais pas très affiné. La prise en charge se passe bien grace aux explications transmises par le propriétaire. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de notrnotreséjour. "

"We weren’t disappointed by this property at all. We stayed for 3 nights while attending a wedding . I will say that this place while soundproofed, is not quiet, you can hear people in other rooms. The beds could be a bit more comfortable too. Other than that, our room was clean, the staff were friendly and spoke English. The location is beautiful, we loved Jonzac and would return. "

"We arrived to a lovely welcome by Malcolm. The pictures were very accurate. The farmhouse was beautiful and rustic. The views were gorgeous. We had everything we needed for a group family stay. Shops weren’t too far away. Thank you Malcom it was fab. "

"Bonjour Marie Christine et Jean Pierre! Nous avons passé nos vacances en famille (4 personnes, 2 filles de 19 et 16 ans) dans votre maison en juillet et août 2024. Nous vous remercions beaucoup pour vos réponses rapides via e-mail avant et pendant notre séjour chez vous. Nous nous sommes senti toujours bien informés par vous. Votre maison est très bien outilisé avec tous les appareils ménager de qu'on a besoin et le climat dans le bâtiment était agréable quand il a fait très chaud dehors. Chaque jour nous avons préparé le repas dans la cuisine et mangé dans la loggia dans le jardin. Le soir nous avons utilisé la loggia pour lire ou jouer des yeux en famille. Le village se trouve centrale sur la péninsule et avec la voiture on achève les plages, autres villages et cités en 20-30 min. Un petit désavantage est qu'il faut rouler longtemps sur les routes nationales pour visiter les grandes villes comme Bordeaux, La Rochelle etc. Mai nous avons toujours profités des routes en achetant du vin aux châteaux et beaucoup de fruits de mer dans les supermarchés... :-) Nous vous remercions beaucoup pour votre gentillesse et le contact familiale - avec plaisir nous revenirons un jour. "We enjoyed a relaxing holiday at Sylvie and Thierry's property. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming - treating us to a delightful evening of home-made pizza and cocktails on our final night - and struck the perfect balance of being attentive while still giving us space to enjoy the facilities. The property was clean and comfortable and we had everything we needed to cook up delicious meals using the fantastic produce of the region. Beaches and other attractions were easy to reach and the pool a lovely place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. Thank you, Sylvie & Thierry!"
