Welcome to our stunning new vacation home nestled in the center of The Woodlands and Conroe!

This home is conveniently located close to everything you might need during your stay. Whether you're interested in shopping, dining, outdoor activities, or exploring the attractions in Conroe and The Woodlands, you'll find it all just a short distance away:

- 3' to The Woodlands Mall and Woodlands Medical Center
- 15' to Old Town Springs (Must see!)
- 25' to Lake Conroe
- 30' to IAH Airport

This spacious and tropical retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and leisure amenities, creating a welcoming and ample space for gatherings and relaxation and ensuring a restful stay for all guests. The home has an open-concept layout seamlessly connecting the living, dining, and kitchen areas

- 4 bedrooms with comfortable beds, soft linens, and plenty of storage
- Well-equipped kitchen with ample counter space
- Necessary appliances, cookware and utensils.

MOST IMPORTANT RULES:
- 6 parking spots. DO NOT park on the grass or on the street.
- Pet fee $150 per stay. Two pets maximum.
- NO STUDENT/ DISRUPTIVE PARTIES. NO EVENTS ALLOWED
- In the event of undisclosed pet(s) and/ or gatherings of more than the confirmed number of people, your reservation will be immediately terminated without refund
- No smoking
- No illegal substances nor activities allowed on the property.
- No noise after 10PM.

We have exterior cameras that may be used for security and/or to monitor that our policies/ house rules are adhered to.

We rented the property for my daughter's homecoming. The master of the room was perfect for the girls to get ready.. There was plenty of rhythm for 14-year-olds to get ready.They have a wonderful time. Perfect property for what we needed
