Had continental breakfast listed but had grab and go bags out for breakfast. These bags contained a gogo squezz yogurtz, biscotti biscut, quaker instant oatmeal, belVita sandwich and a water. There was a couple pieces of fruit nesr bags. Also no other drink desides water in bag. Asked guy at front desk and he replied this is the breakfast.

So I reserved a week ahead for a king size bed and when I went to check in the receptionist told me my king size bed was not available that it was rented in the morning and the only room available had two queen beds. I have a baby I needed the king for my husband and I to sleep comfortable. This made me super mad, this is the reason a booked before so I can get the bed I want and fits my family. The place is a good place to stay but this made me so mad.

No elevator, We had large pieces of luggage due to being on our way to cruise port. They moved us to first floor. The room had a strong smell of mildew. Sheet on one bed were still slightly wet.

It was dirty dark holes in walls no electricity which was the reason we booked the room so my 76 year old mom with a heart condition and diabetes would have a comfortable safe place to stay She did not feel safe so she told them to cancel and she left we called Expedia and best Western and were told they were working on a refund this has not happened

I was unable to contact them to cancel my reservation because of the hurricane during my visit and they argued with me that they were unable to refund me even though I hadn't been at the hotel. They claimed if I would have notified them soonee they could have refunded me. But they wouldn't listen to the fact that I had no way to notify them sooner.
