Communal sports areas, tennis courts, paddle tennis, football, basketball, volleyball, etc. And on the beach there is a surf school and a pleasant beach bar. Bicycle rental and hiking trails. At 200m square with restaurants and supermarket. And of course 5 minutes from magnificent golf courses, between dunes and pine forests, some holes at the foot of the beach (with very reasonable green fees).

There will be a refundable deposit. It will be made upon arrival of the tenants via immediate transfer or Bizum upon delivery of the keys. The amount will be 1.000€ (this payment will be refunded after evaluation of the condition of the property).
