The house is located in the urbanization of Roche, one of the most exclusive and luxurious residential areas of the Costa de la Luz. Within the plot there are two more houses that are also rented.

It has 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with two single beds each. There are 2 bathrooms (one en suite) and a large living room. Natural light conquer every room.
There is also a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator vitro), 1 huge terrace with garden, pool (available only in the summer months) and barbecue area.

The plot is located in one of the best areas of the urbanization of Roche, within walking distance of the beach, surrounded by a pine forest that provides a particularly warm climate throughout the year.
