Modern and new townhouse in Conil with sea views, air condition and wifi, for 2-4 persons Casa Las Manuelas is a modern and light-flooded townhouse with fabulous sea views from the private roof terrace. It is suitable for 2-3 persons (also 2 adults and 2 children possible). The house is located on a small road without traffic, but still close to the center and the beach. It offers every conceivable comfort - with two air conditioners, wireless internet, Smart TV and a beautifully furnished terrace with sea views.

1 bedroom with double bed (1.50 wide), fitted wardrobe, air conditioning
Bathroom with shower on the 1st floor and another, small bathroom on the ground floor
Living room with dining area: here there is a sofa bed for 1-2 persons (1.40 cm wide), TV with span. And international satellite programs, dining table with chairs, air conditioning
Kitchenette with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all other necessary kitchen utensils
Terrace with table and chairs, shaded awning and sun loungers to enjoy the great sea view
The townhouse has 2 comfortable stairs that reach the first floor and the roof terrace. There is a washing machine in an extra compartment.
From July 1st to September 30th it is possible to include a private parking space for a normal car (it is not a covered parking space, it is on the surface). This garage space has an additional supplement of EUR 10 per day. Please contact us if you wish to include it in your reservation.

Zum 3. Mal ein toller Aufenthalt
Wie schon in den beiden Jahren zuvor war wieder einmal alles top. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Hausverwalterin ist immer per SMS ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit. 2 Tipps würden wir gerne weitergeben: Im Bad wäre das Anbringen von Handtuchhaken sehr sinnvoll. Ebenso wäre es angebracht. einige Putzmittel zum Säubern des Bads und des Cerankochfeldes bereitzustellen (wäre ja sicherlich auch im eigenen Interesse). Das hatten wir schon in die Bewertung nach unserem 2. Aufenthalt geschrieben. Leider ist nichts passiert. Ansonsten war es wieder ein sehr guter Aufenthalt. Beatrix und Klaus

Xmal Conil
Tatsächlich haben wir die Wohnung bereits zum zweiten Mal gebucht. Für zwei Personen absolut ausreichend. Die Ausstattung ist vergleichsweise modern uns durchdacht. Perfekte Dachterrasse und ruhige, zentrale Lage im Ort machen die Zeit in Conil sehr angenehm. Wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt und würden auch ein drittes Mal buchen.

Hemos pasado 10 dias de vacaciones en AgostoMejor posible
Fantástico y coqueto apartamento_casa a la entrada del pueblo de Conil. Separado de la zona de bares, pero a 3 minutos del centro. Esta recién reformado. No le falta un detalle. Su terraza es una maravilla. Muy tranquilo, sin ruidos, perfecto para descansar y disfrutar de conil y sus maravillosas playas. A 5 minutos de la playa. Un 10, para sus propietarios. Javier estuvo súper atento en todo momento. "Encantador" Sin duda, si volvemos por la zona, volveremos a Casa Las Manuelas.

Wir waren zum 2. Mal...
Wir waren zum 2. Mal in Casa Manuelas und waren wieder sehr zufrieden. Es fehlte an nichts und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Selten haben wir ein derart sauberes und gepflegtes Objekt gemietet. Obwohl wir kein spanisch sprechen, klappte die Kommunikation mit der Hausverwalterin per Übersetzungs App hervorragend. Die Kaffeemaschine war defekt und nach kurzer Rücksprache gabe es am Abend direkt eine neue. In diesem Jahr waren wir 17 Tage vor Ort. Kleiner Tipp, es wäre schön, wenn eine kleine Auswahl an Putzmitteln vorhanden wäre, damit man z.B. selber das Bad und vor allem das Kochfeld reinigen könnte. Kleiner Kritikpunkt: das w-lan Netz ist eine Katastrophe. Ansonsten war alles top.

Über Conil muss man ...
Über Conil muss man nicht viel sagen: Einfach traumhaft. Das Haus trägt ebenfalls zum Wohlfühlen bei. Ein Kompliment dem Architekten!! Alles ist hervorragend strukturiert, funktional und modern. Und in das Stadtbild integriert. Die Dachterrasse beschert neben herrlichen Ausblicken und himmlischen Farbklängen zu allen Tageszeiten auch ein Refugium für die Seele. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen garantiert wieder.

Schöne Unterkunft
Das Haus ist sehr schön und hat alles, was man braucht. Die Lage ist perfekt, ruhig, aber dennoch zentral, wenige Minuten von dem Stadtkern und dem Strand entfernt.

Tolles Stadthaus
Wir haben 10 wundervolle Tage in Conil verbracht. Das Casa Manuela ist traumhaft. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Ausstattung ist modern und hochwertig. Das Haus ist extrem sauber. Es ist zwar nur 54 m'2 groß, aber jeder cm ist mega gut durchdacht. Das highlight ist die Dachterrasse, Hier kann man auch nachts sitzen und es sich gut gehen lassen. Winziger Kritikpunkt: das Haus ist sehr schwer zu finden. Wie haben es erst durch Unterstützung einer Nachbarin gefunden. Hier wäre ein kleines Hinweisschild sinnvoll. Wir haben uns immer selber einen Parkplatz gesucht, um die 10€ Parkplatzgebühren zu sparen. Da haben wir gerne einen kleinen Fußmarsch in Kauf genommen. Einen Parkplatz unmittelbar vor der Tür zu finden ist schwierig.

Zur Perfektion fehlt nur ein kleines Stück : Auflegen/stuhlkissen für die Terrassenmöbel, kleine indirekte Beleuchtung im Wohnzimmer (Stehleuchte) Tischaufleger und Untersetzer Rest alles super!!! Wir kommen gern wieder! Ellen und Ronny

Apartamento ideal. Todo nuevo, súper limpio. Terraza grande y perfecta para desayunar viendo el mar y cenar a la luz de las velas. La playa a 10 minutos andando y el centro de Conil a 5 minutos. Chani, encantadora, nos dio la opción de llegar un antes y retrasar la salida. Recomendable 100%. Repetiremos sin duda.

Totalmente recomendable
El apartamento es perfecto, esta impecable y completamente nuevo. Ideal para 3-4 personas. Situado muy cerca del centro y en un ambiente tranquilo. Javier y su familia fueron muy atentos a nuestra llegada y a la hora de devolver las llaves. Además, nos sugirieron varios lugares a los que ir. Muy contentos con el alojamiento, y si tuviéramos que volver a Conil volveríamos a “casa las manuelas” sin ninguna duda.
