Each room has a private patio. The staircase or the elevator grants access to the garden, only accessible to residents of the small complex. An intercom lets you manage the front door. Parking is available in the underfloor garage. The elevator takes you from the parking garage via the pool area to the apartment. The gate is electronically controlled.
The penthouse "La Perla" is indeed this - a pearl. It is a high end, modernly furnished holiday home with all modern amenities. It has been available as a holiday rental since 2015. The owner has equipped the flat as though it is his own residence. The glass front was extended and insulated. Another sliding glass door was installed to grant access to the main patio; all sliding glass doors were equipped with mosquito screens. The main patio was extended.
