luxurious Villa with fantastic views, private pool and garden, 4 bedrooms sleep 8, quiet, 10min to beaches of Conil, with free Wifi The very new "Villa Raquel" has been constructed in the Andalusian, rustic style. It is quietly situated in the hills surrounding Conil.
Enjoy the beautiful views of meadows and hills and the sea in the distance. Although quietly situated the next beaches are only a 10-minutes drive away.
The private pool measures 5 x 10 m and is surrounded by a well maintained garden with many flowering plants. There is a small cascade adjacent to the pool.
The whole plot covers some 1.200 sqmtrs.

The villa offers all comfort for 8 persons:
4 spacious bedrooms: 2 with two single beds each, one with a double bed and own balcony, one with a single bed and add. bed.
There are 2 bedrooms on each floor so that (also because of the ground floor of 170 qm !) the villa is convenient for two families who whish to spent comfortable holidays together.
It is possible to add a 9th person to the reservation for an additional cost of 20 EUR per day. An extra bed is available for this purpose.

In the upper floor there are two balconies (of 14 sqm each): one to the east for sunrises and one in the western direction to enjoy the sunsets. One of the terraces has a staircase to an upper terrace with even more excellent views.
The inner decoration is beautiful: walls with natural stones, many plants, Andalusian ornaments, wooden decoration.
In the living room there is an open fireplace, 2 sofas, a dining table with chairs, TV with international programmes.
The kitchen is equipped with 1st class appliances: dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with freezer, microwave oven, ceramic stove, oven, coffee-machine and much more.
There are two spacious bathrooms, one with shower and one with tub.
For the final cleaning we charge Eur 100,-

Toller Urlaub
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Villa Raquel und in Conil. Das Haus ist sehr schön und gepflegt, das Grundstück ist toll und der Pool mit der Liegewiese ein Traum. Chani und Pepe waren sehr nett, immer hilfsbereit und zur Stelle, wenn wir ein Problem hatten. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Finca und würden auf jeden Fall auch wiederkommen. Man braucht aber auf jeden Fall ein Auto, da das Haus etwas außerhalb von Conil liegt. Absolute Empfehlung!

Haus,Garten, Pool alles ist sehr schön. Permanent hysterisch kläffende Köter in der Nachbarschaft verleiden aber vieles. Auch der LKW Verkehr zur 2 Grundstücke entfernt liegenden „Baustoffdeponie“ nervt.

Traumhaft schönes Ha...
Traumhaft schönes Haus mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, Man hat nicht das Gefühl in einem Ferienhaus zu sein, sondern als hätte ein Freund einem sein Zuhause überlassen. Man kommt sich vor wie im Paradies (Aussagen der Kinder). Alles sieht so aus wie auf den Bildern und sogar noch besser. Von der Ausstattung her ist wirklich alles vorhanden und es fehlt an nichts. Die Begrüßung ist sehr herzlich. Die Verwalter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert. Es ist hier sehr ruhig und erholsam. Auch die unterschiedlichen Aussichten durch die vielen Balkone sind einfach nur toll. Wir würden am Liebsten hier bleiben. Zum Strand sind es mit dem Auto max. 10 Minuten. Der Strand ist sehr weitläufig mit netten Bars und Cafés. So kann man einen Cocktail mit direktem Meerblick am Strand genießen. Wir sind dankbar für die schöne Zeit die wir hier hatten.

Nettes Haus, insgesamt deutlich kleiner (auch Grundstück), als es die Fotos darstellen. Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Was sehr zu bemängeln ist war die Sauberkeit insbesondere in der Küche - Tassen, Gläser und Teller mit Resten, bei Ankunft eine Ameisenplage in der Küche . Und das Internet /WLAN eine Katastrophe - wir hätten eigentlich online arbeiten müssen und zum Teil reichte es noch nicht mal für WhatsApp…

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, in dem es an fast nichts fehlt. Im November ist es schon ziemlich kalt und wir empfehlen die Verfügbarkeit von Feuerholz für den Kamin und warme Bettdecken zu klären.

La casa es exactamente igual que en las fotos, destaca la limpieza y el cuidado en los detalles, tiene todo lo necesario en cuanto a menaje y comodidades. Hemos ido con nuestro perro y ha sido ideal para él, por la temperatura y el entorno de campo. Los dueños encantadores, ideal para toda la familia. ¡Volveremos!

Hallo an alle Leser -das Haus hält,was es verspricht.Danke an die Eigentümer.Für sich gelegene Villa,Licht überall auch im Pool und im Nebenhaus mit Bratofen.Der Rasen ist dicht gewachsen und kinderfreundlich.Für sich abgegrenztes Gelände,so dass das zweite Auto davor abgestellt werden muss.Beweglich müßte man schon sein,um ins Zentrum zu kommen,aber normal.Alles Notwendige ist vorhanden.Jeder hat Platz für sich,auch in der Nacht.Die Anreise und Abreise waren unproblematisch.Aber allein hätten wir die Finca nicht gefunden. Allen zukünftigen Urlaubern eine schöne Zeit in der Villa und den Vermietern schönen Dank--- Symann\'s und vier Große und zwei kleine Kinder

Si buscas un chalé con todo tipo de comodidades, en una zona tranquila pero cerca del pueblo y la playa... ni lo dudes, es tu sitio. Los dueños de la propiedad son unos encantos y te facilitan todo lo posible. Recomendado!

Wir waren im Juni 2019 mit 4 Erwachsen in dem tollen Ferienhaus. Alles traumhaft schön genau wie beschrieben. Im oberen Stockwerk haben die Türen geklemmt, das müsste mal repariert werden. Wir werden auf jeden fall nochmals dort hin fliegen

All was not as it seemed
The location of this property was tranquil and private and we could not have asked for a better setting. There was a cold wind blowing daily which made using the pool and sitting in the lovely grounds impossible. Not expected for the month of May. The oven had only one shelf so not really functional. The upstairs shower was lovely. The downstairs bathroom had a bath which could not be filled by the fitted taps. It was a case of physically holding the shower head over the bath to fill it. This was a long drawn out process. The downstairs bathroom had no fixture for the shower head and no curtain so was not functional as a bath or shower. It would have been nice to have some instructions available as to how to use the appliances . The property is in an excellent central location to use as a base for daily excursions. A car is essential.
