"This apartment was modern and easy to access. There is a garden area that is quiet and private. The host was detailed with instructions and quick with responses. The apartment is located on the third floor and has 2 bedrooms up an additional staircase. If your party has difficulty with stair, it may not be a good fit. The only issue encountered was parking. There is a paid lot approximately a 5 minute walk away. "

"We stayed there last september, we were two couples and the apartment was great. We thought it was walking distance from everything, nice little cafe across the street. Yes four flights of stairs, but you are in Europe so to be expected. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked. Beautiful and very clean. It was an awesome base to visit Firenze. "

"The apartment was in a great location only a few minutes walk from everything we wanted to see. The apartment was roomy and was a great place to relax away from the crowds in the middle of the day. Although we never saw the management, they were constantly in touch through WhatsAp. No problems at all with the apartment. Beds were comfortable. We stayed an extra day and the management was very accommodating."

"It’s a beautiful flat in a great location. We loved the terrace and for three of us the bedroom and sofa bed were perfect. Very good air conditioning with two new units. Communication was somewhat challenging and host came across a bit unfriendly in messages. We had issues with keys to the flat that weren’t fully addressed but I’m sure they’ll correct them before the next guest. We would stay again but would would have preferred if all keys worked and host was more friendly in communications!"

I will say that the area is very busy all night long. You will hear street noise - if this does not bother you then you will have an excellent stay."
