"This was a unique hotel that is part of an old castle. Stefano and Elisabetta were wonderful hosts! Stefano is an architect and designed the rooms. Huge, comfortable room and expansive bathroom. A delicious breakfast was ready for us in the morning. Not far from Rome and you get to enjoy the quiet village of Fiano Romano. "

"John is a very responsive and helpful host responding quickly eg when we had some storm damage. The kitchen is very well equipped and the welcome pack was a nice touch. Swimming pool was great and the site is well maintained. It would have been helpful to have photographs of the bedrooms on the website.
