The Space:
Make your way up to this peaceful neighborhood and step into a modern home designed for comfort and relaxation.
The formal living area features a plush sofa centered around a 65" smart TV, perfect for streaming your favorite shows.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with modern stainless steel appliances, including a full-size fridge/freezer, microwave, oven with a seamless cooktop, coffee maker, and dishwasher. Cook up delicious meals and serve them at the eclectic dining table set for six. If you prefer dining out, there are many excellent restaurants nearby or you can use DoorDash/Uber Eats for convenient delivery.
The master suite boasts a luxurious queen bed with soft, hotel-quality bedding, a spacious closet, a desk with a chair for remote work, and a twin trundle for additional guests. The en-suite bathroom features an oversized glass shower and a vanity stocked with essential toiletries.
Down the hall, the guest bathroom offers a relaxing bath with an overhead shower, a toilet with a bidet, and a vanity stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hairdryer.
The 4th bedroom includes a queen bed, twin trundle, and a dedicated desk and chair for remote work. The 3rd bedroom is similarly equipped with a queen bed, twin trundle, and a workspace area.
Outside, enjoy your private oasis with a large (unheated) pool—ideal for swimming laps or relaxing with friends. Adjacent to the pool is a fenced area perfect for yoga or a workout with plenty of space to move.
There are ring doorbell cameras at each exterior door entrance of the unit which are on 24/7 and record exterior video & sound when activated by motion at or near the doors.

Furry friends are welcome! Pet Fee: $200 per pet.
Guest Access:
You will have full access to the entire home. Your door code will provide entry to all keyless entry locks in the home.
The driveway accommodates 2 cars parked side by side. Additional free parking is available on the streets.
Other Things to Note:
Absolutely no parties of any kind are allowed. Westwood Sanctuary is a tranquil retreat, not a party venue.
The pool is not heated from October through April. It is naturally heated by the sun the rest of the year.
IMPORTANT NOTE: All bookings are required to purchase rental damage protection without exception. Upon booking you will receive a link to add this protection to your reservation.
BY BOOKING THIS LISTING YOU AGREE TO:
WAIVER OF LIABILITY: for spa, hot tub, swimming pool, sauna, pond, decks, railings, bunk beds accessible by ladders, etc. herein referred to as Special Feature. If so equipped, it is the Guest's responsibility to learn about safety precautions concerning utilizing or being around Special Feature. Guest understands that the area surrounding Special Feature is not fenced or secure, and there are special risks that may be involved for anyone, in particular children who are not carefully supervised, person(s) intoxicated, on any kinds of drugs or medication, with health risks or if pregnant. Guest agrees to explain the risks of the presence and use of Special Feature to all guests at the property. Guest agrees to instruct all guests on premises to not access any off-limit, or unsafe sections of the property including roof-tops. Guest agrees to assume all responsibility to make aware all occupant aware of risks and for the consequences of those risks and to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents that may occur. Guest agrees to waive any claim whatsoever against property owner or Manager for injuries or claims.
HOLD HARMLESS: The Guest and all occupants shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Manager and property owner against any and all claims of personal injury, property damage or loss arising from use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. Guests also expressly recognize that any insurance for property damage or loss which the Landlord may maintain on the property does not cover the personal property of Guests, and that Guests should purchase their own insurance if such coverage is desired.
