"Loved the well designed small cabin- fabulous location close to trails, the Barnyard Cinema, restaurants and town. Michael and Sierra are lovely and responsive - so welcoming. our dog loved the snowy multi-use trail just minutes from our door. Best of in-town locations!"

"This is a lovely house ! The outside is a bit dull, but the inside is full of surprises. It has been modernized without losing it's charm and character. Fresh paint, hardwood floors, new windows and blinds, new tiling in bathroom etc. Very clean, very comfortable and very spacious. As a summer renter, I would have liked an outdoor area to sit. A small deck and a couple of chairs for morning coffee and evening drinks - just a suggestion !"

"My spouse, her brother, and I stayed at Balsam for three nights, and we enjoyed it immensely. The property was accurately described, the beds were comfortable, and everything worked really well. The wi-fi was pretty fast, which was an improvement over many other properties at which we stayed. The A/C is a ductless heat pump that kept the main living area very comfortable in 100 degree heat. We set up the fan that was provided to blow cool air into the bedroom furthest away, and it worked well....

"Our family of 6 (5 adults, & a 13 yr old) was very pleased with our stay. Condo was very clean , updated and nicely decorated to add that “home away from home” feel. The neighborhood is quiet and close to restaurants, gas, groceries and as well as a cute walk up/ drive thru coffee shop nearby. Cindy was friendly , informative and quick to reply .
