3. The house is located on a dirt road in the mountains. Please be aware of weather conditions and the requirements for driving on dirt roads in mud, rain, and snow.
4. We are sorry to say that we DO NOT ALLOW ANIMALS of any kind at this Property. The owner has SEVERE ALLERGIES to pet dander and pet hair. Therefore, there is a "No Pet" policy in place for this property. The Law protects property owners as well as future guests, who have extreme medical issues regarding animal allergies from having to endure an “unreasonable accommodation” for allowing a service animal. Just as some people require a service/assistance animal for medical or mental purposes, people with debilitating medical reactions to animal dander or hair are protected by the Law.
5. No smoking: Smoking, vaping, drugs, or paraphernalia of any kind is prohibited inside the property and on the property grounds at any time. Violators are subject to additional fees in addition to any applicable cleaning fees.
6. Ring camera at A-frame door entrance. Ring camera on the shed facing both cabins. They can hear audio. They do not automatically record anything or save videos.
