"Lovely, spacious and well appointed property. The gardens are very well kept and all our needs were catered for. The children loved the space, pool and play area. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedding was fresh, clean and tidy. It is secure and safe environment and we will use it again. "This was our first holiday for 3 years so there was a heavy weight of expectation, which the property lived up to in full. The location is wonderful, with tranquil terraces looking down to the Mediterranean. The accommodation is simple, but beautifully furnished. The playa del canuelo is lovely and even in August there was still plenty of space (although the limited number of umbrellas to rent fill up by the afternoon). "Lovely house. Nothing worked. Owner never checked appliances worked before we arrived. We were made to pay for new appliances, beds held together with cable ties and a live chandelier which my husband got a shock off. Not suitable for very young or elderly as steep steps have no hand rails."

We chose not to hire a car which was absolutely fine we simply walked down the mountain to the fruit shop which has a bus stop outside, although we only ever saw one bus pass there, and got a taxi from there into Almunecar and a taxi back up to the property. "Thank you so much for another lovely holiday in Villa Adelaide. We have visited Orgiva many times and our holiday homes have grown along with our family. This is a perfect place to stay with teenagers who can have privacy in the villa and also walk easily into town. Daughter loved her little private patio on the roof! Weather was a bit more unpredictable this year ending with what felt like hurricane winds on Friday. Fortunately the villa is very cosy with heating and plenty of portable heaters...
