Pearl is this beautiful 150m2 single-story house, located a short walk from the beaches and offering partial sea views. It is located in a quiet environment where comfort and safety meet to create a real haven of peace.

Nestled in a peaceful setting, you will be seduced by the functionality of this house.

The House :

From the entrance, discover its spacious living room bathed in light, including a lounge area, dining area, and a fully equipped American kitchen. These spaces open up to the garden and the outdoor terrace.

The entrance houses a laundry room, well equipped to suit your needs.

Then walk along the hallway, and discover two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower, giving you an optimal relaxation area as well as a double independent toilet for more convenience.

Continue your visit and let yourself be seduced by the master suite, including a spacious bedroom with an en-suite bathroom equipped with a relaxing balneo bath and shower.

Adjacent to the kitchen, you'll find a pantry, offering extra storage space and giving access to the masterpiece of this home: the indoor pool.

The latter is covered and secured, thanks to its glass windows that can be locked. Access from the house via the storeroom can also be locked. This indoor pool will allow you to enjoy the joys of swimming in peace no matter the season.

Pearl is this gem, combining comfort and modernity. Feel free to let yourself be charmed by this real haven of peace for moments of relaxation with family or friends.
The house is equipped with a surveillance camera located in the kitchen. It is systematically deactivated for the entire duration of the guests' stay. It is a security camera, used when the house is unoccupied.

Agréable séjour
La maison est très agréable sans vis à vis. Le salon est baigné par la lumière. Les espaces sont joliment décorés. La piscine est très agréable. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Quelques points négatifs : - Il n'a que très peu d'espace au tour de la piscine. L'hiver, il n'est pas aisé de profiter de l'espace sans se baigner. Cela manque de crochet pour accrocher sa serviette de piscine. La piscine n'est chauffé qu'à 28°C et seulement entre 9h00 et 18h30 (ça mériterais d'être prolonger/prolongeable le soir) - un autre point concerne la gestion des déchets, la maison ne dispose pas de conteneur à poubelle, il faut donc les déposer dans un point de collecte (ce n'est pas dérangeant en soit) mais il n'y en a pas à proximité.

Très belle location
Une maison très agréable, très bien équipée, superbement aménagée. La terrasse est très agréable à utiliser. La piscine intérieure chauffée est utilisable tout temps. La maison est située à quelques minutes de la plage des sables blancs et des chemins de randonnee. Le centre ville est accessible en quelques minutes en voiture, en 30 minutes à pied de façon très plaisante. Recommandée sans réserve.
