The Layout
Agua Bonita sleeps 16, with 4 bedrooms, 4 full baths & outdoor shower. The Main House has 3 large bedrooms & 3 baths with a romantic 1bed/1bath guest house that is a private luxurious oasis w/ vaulted ceilings, upscale decor & french doors overlooking a picture perfect view of the pool, waterfall and sky.

Living Room
The rustic living room has large, comfy leather sofas, Smart TV & cantera stone fireplace. A whiskey barrel & cedar trees provide fun accents. Chefs will love the stainless gas stove & appliances. Easy flow kitchen is fully equipped & well stocked with everything you need to prepare family sized meals. Utility room off kitchen has a 2nd refrigerator & commercial grade washer/dryer.

Dining Areas
Lots of dining tables! There's a large, sturdy, custom dining room table inside while outside there's 3 additional outdoor dining tables. Two are poolside dining tables perfect for al fresco dining!

Bedrooms
All bedrooms are large, spacious and private with upscale furniture. Three bedrooms overlook the pool with French doors that lead directly to the pool and entertainment area.

Poolside Master
Wake up each morning to the smell of tropical flowers surrounding the pool just outside the romantic Master Bedroom. Custom King size bed, armoire and chic upscale bedding. Midnight swim? From your bed step directly outside onto the white rock patio & enjoy a relaxing swim in the aqua marine pool, then return to your private oasis. Ensuite bath has double sinks, large walk-in shower w/ 3 shower heads & bench.

Poolside Bedroom 2
Listen to the waterfall while laying in bed. Views of the waterfall, this very large bedroom is a private family retreat w/ custom queen bed, upscale furnishings, (2) twin bunk beds & smart TV. Only a few steps to dive into the sparkling waterfall pool.

Bunk Room
Large, cool bunk room, with (2) sets twin bunk beds & (2) twin beds. Pretty tiled bath w/ stone shower & custom bench seat.

Guest House
Romantic & private, this luxurious oasis has sublime views of pool, waterfall and night sky! There's (2) outdoor lounge chairs for you to enjoy the view. Upscale decor, vaulted ceiling & sophisticated furnishings. Spa-like bathroom w/ vessel sinks, stone counters & large walk-in tile shower.
