The Wolves Den @ Frio River Vacation Rentals

Peak Rate – May 15th – September 15th $700 (3 night Minimum)
Non-peak March 1st - May 14th $550 (2 night minimum, excluding holidays)
Winter Rate September 16th – February 28th $550 (2 night minimum, excluding holidays)

All holidays, including spring break will be considered peak rate.

Welcome to The Wolves Den, located in the Canyon Oaks Subdivision. The modern living home offers gorgeous hill country views and is just a short drive to the Frio River. This home has three bedrooms and four full bathrooms and sleeps 20. With a split kitchen and living room concept that will give you and your family and friends the chance to create beautiful Frio River memories. Fully equipped kitchen for you to enjoy. Each bedroom will have its own bathroom. Outdoors, enjoy the outdoors from either side of the home, with two fire pit areas to enjoy. Not only is there one but, there will be two barbeque pits as well as two propane grills. Grilling will definitely be an option when you are in the den. The home also has a private pool that connects to the outdoor covered bar area. So get the Wolf pack together and come create memories at the Wolves Den.

To help keep the cost of your rental down, we do allow our guest the option to bring their Linens and Towels. We do offer the option to rent them at an extra cost. If wanting to rent linens and towels for your stay, please allow us four weeks before arrival notice. Make note that we do have a limited supply and cannot guarantee we will have lines and towels readily available.

What to Bring.
LINENS: Bring linens and towels.
TOWELS: Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels and pool towels.
CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property.
PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware.
SOAP: Dishwashing, laundry and hygiene products
BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches.
Your kitchen is complete with dinnerware, silverware, glasses, basic cookware, coffee pot, microwave, pots & pans.

We provide:

• Daily garbage pick up service

We do not provide:
• Tall kitchen bags
• Paper towels
• Hand soap
• Shampoo
• Dishwashing liquid/powder
• Salt & pepper
• Toilet Paper
