"The grounds of the hotel are beautiful, and so are the views of the Pyrenees from the rooms. But, the best part of my stay was interacting with the wonderful people who worked at the hotel. The women at the front desk were friendly, knowledgable and professional. And the 2 managers that I met were the same. They gave me recommendations on where to stop on my way back to Lisbon and also made the hotel reservation for me! The staff was quick to help and did it with a smile. It was an excellent 3 nights and I would not hesitate to return. "

"This hotel is definitely a hidden gem. Nestled up against gorgeous cliffs and overlooking a valley, the property is immaculately maintained and couldn't be any more picturesque. We had an excellent prix fix menu dinner at their dining room and everything was prepared excellently, with a decent wine and beer selection. And there's is a friendly dog that will chaperone you around the grounds. We were only there for one night as we were passing through the area, but we wished we could have spent several days here!"

"Great modern appointed hotel. Impressive range of facilities including a bar, buffet & restaurant. Buffet is very good with a large variety of food available at an excellent price. Pool is huge and monitored by a life guard."

"We booked this hotel online because of its location to the national park, and because it got such good reviews. We were shocked when we arrived and saw the condition of the rooms! Positives: *very nice staff *excellent coffee bar *good breakfast Negatives *This place is tired! It needs a major renovation. They've clearly put more effort into maintaining the outside than the inside *Our room was not very clean. There was debris on the floor and dust on the furniture. *The shower leaked so much that there was a huge puddle on the floor after every shower and we had to use our ration of towel to mop it up. *The room decor was hokey with fake rock wallpaper and some weird paper on the wall above the bed meant to evoke... not sure what. We were happy to check out - although we did greatly enjoy our time in the national park and some nice dinners at other restaurants."

"It was a very nice and comfortable place. Staff was super friendly, informative and helpful. Unfortunately there were no laundry facilities as mentioned in the description and the restaurant facilities were not available as mentioned either and we only found this out after we booked. This should have been mentioned prior to us booking. But all in all, I would recommend this place."
