We absolutely loved our stay at The Secret. We travelled with a 1.5 year old, parents and grandma. Everyone enjoyed. The rooms were great, clean and very comfortable. Food was great and service was exceptional. Con Dao was very interesting and relaxing to visit and the location of the hotel, close to the beach (we had the beach to ourselves because very few Vietnamese visitors would go to the beach during the day!) and short walk to many great cafés and restaurants in town. Looking forward to staying again!

Great staff, very friendly and attentive! Rooms were clean but it would have been nice to have be able to control the air conditioning from your room without having to contact the staff to contact the Engineers. The main bedroom was great but the bathroom layout was a bit odd. This is just me, but I found the single sliding door for the shower & toilet a little odd. Otherwise, the room was very nice.

For a beach person as opposed to a person visiting the graves of the heroes, including Vo Thi Sau, Con Dai is fantastic because the beaches are much cleaner than Phu Quoc - and none swims, so you have the beach to yourself. The Zen suite at The Secret Con Dai was amazing. It has a lovely pool, and the staff are all great.
