"A rare gem. Not the kind of place I would normally stay on business, but we were on an industrial estate nearby and so chose here. The bungalows are big, comfortable and look exactly like the pictures. The campus is clean and expansive. It was winter so didn't experience the pool but it looked nice from afar. The restaurant serves close to Michelin starred cuisine. You must try the sashimi with rice. It was so good I had it twice. Highly recommended. "

"We stayed here Mar 13-Mar 26, 2025. This is a beautiful hotel in the very heart of Alcala De Henares Spain. The restaurant on site was a wonderful place for food and the service was amazing. Two of the staff went way above to make us feel warm and welcome. Manuele Maggio was a stand out along with Helena. The rooms were very comfortable with lots of storage and a nice bathroom. "

"Generally fine, although my room was at the end of a corridor and the internet didn't stretch that far. The staff were helpful and moved me to a new room with internet after a couple of days. Otherwise no complaints. The furnishing in both rooms was a little tired, but OK for the price."

"This is one of the best Paradors I have stayed at. Beautifully appointed, lovely fresh flowers everywhere, including a small greenery in a glass container in the bathroom. Very large and comfortable room. Expansive communal corridors outside the rooms to relax in. Paid parking available and plenty of free street parking. It is next to the Plaza Mayor so right in the centre of things, but very tranquil inside the building and grounds."

"Good clean rooms with a quiet fan to keep you cool at night. It's situated up a narrow street so don't expect scenic views. The staff only speak Spanish but with google translate and sign language it's easy to understand each other. It's about an 3/4 hour from Madrid by metro which is easy to use. I will certainly use this hostel again"
