"I booked this property solely based on being able to have private and EASY access to the beach. I was also told that everything was within walking distance again not true. The owner himself gave me this information. Once I got there I found that not only did I have to walk about 3 New York City blocks to the beach but I also needed to take cabs everywhere because nothing was close by. NOTHING. "Room and property was as described. Breakfast of bread, yogurt, bananas or apples , scrambled eggs and coffee was adequate. Pool was nice except the water was very cloudy. A short walk down some stairs to the beach which is what we really went there for."

Great location!

"Close to the action without being in it. Quiet, peaceful beaches. Grocery store, markets, pharmacy, bus etc all within very short walk. The hotel itself is super clean and well maintained. It has everything you need for your comfort & the owner/host is incredibly kind and helpful. Note: While our room did have an ocean view, it is not ocean front (1 block away) "

Pictures are not accurate! Place is a dump!

"There was no hot water, no real curtains in the room. Being a girl alone this was scary at night. my friend actually broke her foot trying to walk down the steep hill. I am happy to provide proof. I didn’t have a blanket. No food or drinks service were provided during the week, only on the weekend. My room smelled like mold. I felt unsafe because the lock wasn’t secure. "
