"Overall, it felt overrated. The staff was excellent, providing top-notch service, but the food was just okay and not refilled in a timely manner. Additionally, some areas showed visible water or flood damage, which took away from the luxury experience. For the brand’s reputation and price, I expected better upkeep and attention to detail. "I previously stayed at the Waterfront Cebu Hotel and Casino in 2017 and was able to consider how much had changed in that period. "This was, by far, the best hotel we have stayed in for many years! The breakfast buffet was over the top! I actually view this place as an amazing breakfast with complimentary hotel! The entire place was run very well. I can't say enough about the obvious attention to detail and service here. The room was amazing, staff were amazing, pool was fabulous on the 9th floor - I highly recommend this place as I would stay nowhere else in Cebu - I meant that very sincerely!"

"What I like about 101 condo is they are very helpful and clean. communication with the host needs to improve a little bit. It took us a while before they saw our reservation, idk why? Oh another thing their electric stove is not working so we have a hard time cooking. But overall they are good,safe and clean.. "

"I recently stayed at Seda Central Bloc Cebu for three days and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is well-maintained, clean, and offers excellent service. Breakfast is served daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM, featuring a diverse selection that caters to guests of all nationalities. Both the room and restaurant services were exceptional, as was the front desk staff. In particular, Kayla at the front desk stood out for her friendliness and professionalism. Regardless of the time of day, she was always accommodating and welcoming, even after what must have been a long shift. Her colleagues were equally helpful and attentive. I have no doubt that I will be staying here again on my next visit. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable! "
