"We were 5 teens and 2 adults. The house was great - so much space, all the bedrooms were a nice size with en-suites, the pool table was very well used, there was so much to do in the house, the kitchen was very well stocked for cooking a few meals, and there was a beautiful view from the terrace. We would definitely stay again."

"We enjoyed being surrounded by nature and able to go into the city! It was quiet and peaceful. Saw many animals and experienced the culture. The tram is easy to take to and from. Be sure to bring your walking shoes because you will do a lot of walking!"

"This is a beautiful villa with plenty of space for our large group. It is in a remote location and very quiet. It was perfect for short trips to local towns and then a swim in the afternoon. We spent most evenings on the patio enjoying the Tuscan sunsets. We would definitely stay again! "

Every view is a painted picture. The house has lots of nooks and crannies for people to just relax. And her family was there at a moments notice if we needed anything. Cecilia, Cate sister is a spectacular chef, We ordered breakfast every morning and it was set up beautifully and certainly had more food...

"We loved our stay. From the start David sent all kinds of information. We had a few more questions about the bus and the area, David sent answers with in minutes with GPS maps. We loved the view, the Persimmon and Pomegranate from the trees in the yard were delicious. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were awesome, everything was clean. We stayed at 3 other locations this trip and this was our favorite. My wife said the blow dryer was the best blow dryer in Italy."
