La Casetta is a charming, well-furnished apartment, overlooking the city of Como and the lake.
If you like walking you can choose to go down towards the historic center or go up to Brunate and enjoy a breathtaking view! If you prefer convenience, you will find the bus stop 50 meters away.
The apartment can be reached via the stairs that crosses the private garden.
It is ideal for small groups and families looking for a quiet place to spend a pleasant holiday.

Awesome Stay
I recently stayed at this VRBO and had a fantastic experience. The apartment itself was great, offering all the comforts and amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, thanks to the helpful YouTube directions provided – a brilliant idea that made everything so much easier. The location of the apartment was convenient, situated in a nice area with easy access to local attractions and amenities. The hostess was truly fantastic, always available and incredibly helpful with any questions or needs I had. Communication was seamless, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. One minor thing to note is that the apartment is located up several flights of stairs. This wasn't a problem for me, but it could be challenging if you have a lot of heavy luggage. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay with an exceptional hostess.

A dream Casetta
We fell in love with Erica's casetta. The contact with Erica was fantastic and this helped a lot towards the wonderful stay that we had. Como is a very special place on Earth with its duomo, the various old villas and the oldtown with its atmosphere. Erica, thanks again......................
