"Very laid back and friendly hotel. Staff were very responsive. Good sized rooms but not much of a view from our ground floor room but that didn't bother us as we knew that we would be out most of the time when we booked it. Parking was easy and felt safe. Biot train station a few minutes walk away, from which is was a couple of minutes in the train. One day we walked to Antibes along the shoreline which was a lovely way to arrive into the port. We stopped to see the Fort Carre, which was on route. An Uber taxi back from Antibes was 11 euros and there were plenty of taxis around. Pebble beach in front of the hotel was accesible by walking or there was free car parking along the sea front. "

"Excellent little hotel very convenient for train station, bars and restaurants. Quiet location with minimal noise from building works nearby. Looks like the major work they were doing on flats nearby is complete so any disturbance should be minimal. Secluded pool and sunbathing area is a real bonus. It is very sheltered and is a real sun trap. Staff were very pleasant during our four night stay and if in J les P again then we will definitely stay here again."

"The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. The room was clean. Hotel was right next to the train station and very walkable to shops, cafes, restaurants, and the beach. Is affordable and we received excellent service. Highly recommend."

"This trip was part of a longer tour so my stay was only for one night. However, I loved every bit of this hotel. All staff were very friendly and kind to me even though I didnt speak much (any) French (desole). My room was clean and had lots of storage space. I stayed in a double room (without a kitchenette) so I didnt have access to a kettle - thankfully I didnt need it. I really enjoyed swimming in the pool and soaking up the sunshine - this was the main reason I booked this hotel and I'm so glad it delivered. The view from the pool was very peaceful and serene. Hotel location is great overall - with good proximity to Carrefour supermarket, McDonalds AND Burger King plus other restaurant also. I would absolutely recommend this hotel when visiting Antibes. "

"This is a wonderful hotel. We were greeted by the welcoming and helpful front desk staff who let us store our bags as we’d arrived at the property three hours bedtime check in time. Our luggage was delivered to our room while we went for lunch. The room had bathrobes, slippers and gorgeous Sothys toiletries. The beds and bedding were comfortable. We opted for breakfast which we enjoyed by the pool and it was excellent with many choices and self serve delicious cappuccinos. After checkout we were able to store our bags again and were offered water and bottle refills when we came to collect the luggage. Top notch service and a stylish hotel, loved it"
