The Space:

- 1 full ensuite bathroom with his/her sinks and bathtub/shower combo
- 2 Smart TV's; 1 in the living room and 1 in the bedroom
- Kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, small stovetop/oven, Keurig (no dishwasher)
- Indoor gas fireplace
- BBQ grill available, please BYO charcoal
- Fire Pit available, please BYO firewood (fire pit is shared with other cottage)
- Hot tub with VIEWS! (hot tub is private to Sunflower cottage)
- There is a small creek right by the main entrance driving in. Creek is not meant for swimming or fishing.

- Please note: there is a sister cottage next to Sunflower. The other cottage, Bluebonnet, is rented separately. The cottages are about 6 ft away from each other and slightly diagonal from each other.

BURN BAN EFFECTIVE 1/6/2025: Kendall County has issued a burn ban due to severe fire hazards and red flag warnings in the Hill Country. As a result, outdoor wood-burning fire pits are not permitted. This mandate is enforced by the city and county and is beyond our control. Restrictions: NO open fires and NO smoking. You are welcome to use gas fire pits and BBQ grills. For charcoal grills, please leave all hot coals in the grill to cool completely, we will handle proper disposal. Please review the property listing to confirm the type of fire pit and grill available, if applicable. Thank you for your understanding!
