This property is cozy and clean with ample amenities. Sadly, it sits on a two-lane country highway and it’s a bit noisy in the daytime. In addition, this new construction structure has little to no sound insulation as I heard every step from the guests above me and every word and echo from the adjacent interior staircase. I’d consider this for a future stay but I’d prefer a lower price since they cannot control the noise. Also, there was a communication snafu between the host and myself. Our messages to one another went undelivered as this stay was scheduled via Expedia but managed by VRBO. This wasn’t the owners fault.

Needs a blackout shade on window
I would give this property all 5 stars, except, at night the lights from outside were so incredibly bright that it made it hard to sleep. The window needs a blackout shade or the outside lights need to turn off at some point in the night. It was too bright in the room.

Comfort in Comfort
This cozy little room was perfect for my short stay in Comfort. It was nicely appointed with items to make muy stay pleasurable. The shower was awesome!! Complimentary coffee and creamer were a nice touch to start my day. The wifi is super fast and made for easy streaming or internet searching. Enjoyed a couple great meals at Fajita Street and Bella Sera. Wendy was a pleasure to work with and very accommodating. TEN STARS WENDY!!
