"Stay for visit with family. Excellent location, comfort and breakfast. Ice is only available on two floors and I had a direct view of the parking lot which was just outside my window. They have a rooftop bar /restaraunt that we didn’t try Would stay again "

"Beautiful unique industrial style hotel 3 miles from Stegman Coliseum . Staff were great, nice restaurant and bar. Unfortunately, the only thing I’ll remember is the railroad tracks and trains literally 15 minutes from our room and ran all night! Won’t be going back. "

"We enjoy this hotel very much. Great location, walking distance to Broad St and the Classic Center, and campus. Only complaint is the overwhelming air deodorizer used in the halls and rec area. My husband and I are sensitive to air fresheners and we both woke up with headaches. They could lighten up a bit on the strength. "

"Beautiful hotel. Parking is easy to get to from inside the hotel. Rooms are clean and the beds are confortable. Very convenient to all of the downtown restaurants as well as the University of Georgia campus. You can easily walk to it all. "

"We came into Athens for a night to visit a group of friends that were in town for the marathon, and Bart’s property was absolutely perfect for us. There were 3 couples, 6 adults total, and we all appreciated comfortably having our own rooms with queen or king sized beds. The house was spotless and had everything we needed, as well as a great central location off of Broad. Bart was also very kind, responsive, and helpful. Will definitely keep this property in mind for our future visits as well!"
